Safe Electric was incredible. They located the issue within minutes, and would’ve been on their way quickly but instead took the time to look over a lot more of my house, insuring the safety, and even asked me if there was anything else they could fix, etc. I called them here for one issue, but they left fixing several more smaller concerns I had and also took the time to explain to me how it worked and cautioning me of the dangers to be aware of. Definitely stood out as a company that operates with a goal of creating a customer experience that separates them from what I expect nowadays.

I’m so grateful I went with Buckeye Electric. The quote was very competitive and they did the work same day. Replaced the meter socket and SEU. Couldn’t be happier.

Other than a delay in arrival, tech was friendly and courteous. They reviewed all my options and conducted Swift and Courteous service. Would definitely use again, just always try to get the first morning apoiappoint if you want to ensure no delay in your service window.

What a rip off. $1200 to install a 12v outlet for a stove. And that was the lesser of 2 given options. Other quotes were $225-$375. This place is a RIP-OFF.

DIY basement renovation except for electric, which I don't DIY. :-) Got a quote from Mr. Electric and it was $5K for basic tasks (run electric lines to new lights, receptacles and switches, correct some code-related issues with previous owners' janky/dangerous wiring, install a whole-house surge protector, etc.). Lo and behold, we discover our estimator from Mr. Electric was on commission -- so it was no surprise when Jason from Big City came out and quoted us the work that we actually needed to have done at half the price. All the recommendations Jason made for our project were spot-on -- he could have gouged and up-sold us, but he helped us achieve our vision for the least amount of cost possible. That's the mark of a true professional, and what seals the deal for us as customers. From general manager Jason to owner David to our crew who did the work (Dave and Anthony), we experienced the kind of world-class treatment we would expect from a locally-owned business that takes integrity seriously. The quality of the work was superb. Dave and Anthony are professionals through and through, and they treated our home as though it were their own. They patiently explained to us what they were doing and why. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We'll never use another electric company -- we're Big City customers for life. Harris Electrical did quite a bit of work for our kitchen renovation - installing recessed lighting/fixtures, updating/relocating outlets and updating our panel in our almost 100 year old home. Amazing job, super nice guys and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)

Great guys to work with. They’re very knowledgeable, courteous, and detail-oriented. They even made some suggestions for our chandeliers and ceiling fans. I’ve recommended them to friends and would surely recommend them to anyone.

Nate and John are absolutely , primo facto, the BEST around. Before hiring PTI Electric, I hired highly recommended licensed electricians around this area.
They did the jobs adequately.

However, John and Nate did the job above code, with great attention to detail! During the process they frequently consulted with me, making them the best communicators I've hired.

They're very personable , professional, and highly knowledgeable in their field!

Their quotes are within reason whereas some electrical companies quote outrageous
prices. They are fair!

I had my fall tune up completed and I was told the employee (I was not present during tune up) was very nice and when I spoke with him on the phone to go over the estimate, he again was very kind and professional. However, the poor rating is not his fault.... it lies with the company pricing. They wanted to charge me over $650 to replace a part I secured today for $35!!! They also wanted to charge me $250 to clean the dust off the fan wheel. So, in all they wanted to charge me over $900 for a part that I bought for $35 and dust and dirt that I will clean off myself. This is ridiculous and is taking advantage of folks. Never again will I use KMA and I will be sure to tell everyone asking for HVAC recommendations of my experience. I do feel bad for the nice repairman that is just put in an awkward spot with such outlandish pricing.

I used this Company to run electric to my outside Gazebo. I explained what type of loads I expected, and the Electrician designed what I needed. I was 1000% satisfied with the Cleanness of the work. All runs were very clean and blended into the environment.
The electrician hit a snag while drilling into the house. he did not try to cover it up or hide it. He explained the issue and made sure the issue was corrected before the job was done. This is the type of service I expect of a company's I hire, and they meet all expectations and exceeded. I will use again for any electric work I need done.
