Tom, Jack and Chris were wonderful! They did an excellent job installing a home surge protector as well as installing new under cabinet lighting and a bathroom fan. They explained everything in detail and cleaned up after the work was complete They were all about safety and our protection. Will definitely be using them again!

I also an appointment with Buckeye Electric that I scheduled online and a week in advance and no one showed on that day or responded to my follow-up call, text, email even after almost one week. I've used their service in the past and they were great, but I will use another service in the future.

David, Big City's Owner, gave us quick, thorough, and reasonable estimate about what it would take to rewire the house and bring it into the twenty-first century. No one could match his price on the rewire, but he also helped us see how the rewire could become an opportunity for further updates. Chad and Scott spent weeks on the job, and they went beyond the call of duty to rewire the house with minimal damage. The house was full of peculiarities and irregularities, but they problem-solved their way through every difficulty. Chad and Scott were trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and professional--they had their own high standards, and went back to fix anything that wasn't perfectly done.

I am essentially a 'non-customer'. I tried to schedule an appointment for some substantial work to be done, but they were a no show twice. After the first missed appointment they called the next day or so to explain that the technician didn't receive the appointment notification. The second no show was yesterday. Unfortunately I'm not making any progress on the work that needs to be done for my family's safety and they are out what could have been a loyal customer.

I found this business/guy Ralph through a Craigslist ad, advertising that he was slow on work because of COVID and mostly relies on referrals. I texted him to get a quote and to schedule a time for the work to be done. He only had one day available in the current month, a day I was not available, and was booked for a month out otherwise. Why advertise that you have openings when you do not? If he had started with, I only have one day in the current month and booked for the next, I would not have wasted my time explaining the electrical needs I was looking for at the current moment. I told him I was looking for someone who could do the work soon in the start of conversation.  Others may have had great experiences, but mine sucked!
