Best Surge Protection in Columbus OH

This company was awesome!!! Had a bad electrical problem with sparks lighting up my basement even with the breaker box off on New Year's day. Had to call South Central out to shut electricity off in my house. They were open on Sunday and even though the couldn't come out on Sunday, they came out first thing on Monday morning even being short handed on help. The receptionist Eva was delightful to talk to and the technician Zach was very polite and professional. I am sorry that I cannot remember the name of the other guy but they had my problem fixed by the end of business day. Considering they had to run lines from the weatherhead down to the meter box and into the breaker box. Amazingly they actually had meter boxes (which you can hardly find in Columbus), it is a box I like a lot better than the old ones. They also brought my meter box and ground wires up to code. I even had a South Central representative tell me I was in good hands with this company when I told her who was doing the work. I would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with my service. Service guy was on time and explained exactly what was needed. I wanted more sockets then he was prepared to do, so he repaired one ( which was the reason for my call), installed one and will be back to complete the others. So far, so good!

I've a manager of a large business and had set up for an electrician to come out to do several jobs at our facility as well as get some quotes for a bigger job that will be coming up later this spring. I had a 2-hour window that the technician was supposed to arrive between 8:00 and 10:00. They called and said that he would be here in a half hour at 10 min till 8:00 in the morning. He arrived at 8:15. I was assisting clients in the lobby and was unable to take him back immediately to show him where the issues were. It was two or three customers I had to help and had been 10 minutes while he was standing waiting. I had one more client to help and then I was going to show him where the issues were and he told me I had to reschedule. I said really? I thought we were paying you by the hour so that it would be okay for you to wait another couple minutes. He then said it's already been 10 minutes. At that point I told him he could leave and I no longer wanted to use the services that his company provided. I also told him I would reach out to his supervisor and he said that's fine I'm going to do that too. I did reach out to them and asked if this was normal for their company and they explain that it was not. The technician's name was Ryan C. And all of my years of management and dealing with different technicians and facility repairs I have never been treated so unprofessionally and rude in my life. I know he's probably a great electrician and good at what he does but his professionalism needs some serious retuning. If he worked for me I would definitely have him on a final write up if he wasn't fired. Won't be using Mr electric anymore.

I had a light fixture in our living room replaced. Columbus Ohio did it within 24 hours of my request and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them to friends.

Used Bradley Electric to hang a ceiling fan and run wiring to the fan. I was happy with the work and the pricing was very reasonable. They even fixed an electrical outlet that had pulled out of the wall. Didnt noticed it was fixed until after they left.

Had Dave out to install recessed lighting in our family room. He was great to work with and did a phenomenal job at a reasonable price. We will be using Converse for all of our electrician needs!

What does it say about a business when you phone twice and they don't bother to return your calls? If they can't handle the basics why should I trust them for anything else?

KMA repaired the work that another contractor didn't do correctly. I was very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend KMA to others. They were prompt, courteous and cleaned up after their work was done before leaving my home

Matt was great all around, very knowledgeable and great communication. Customer service is clearly their top priority. I wish I could remember the techs that came to do the jobs names. They were so great at their job and just all around good people.

Communication is the key, and they clearly need some keys. Good work, I say good because we now are seeing what they should have done in the time they were here, but it still doesn't beat not being told when they are showing or when they are done, three day garage job and then was taken off with wires hanging and outlets open by someone who doesn't even work there. Had Pat come over and tell me not to listen to John, even the workers had words about him, two weeks on and off with my business closed and trying to homeschool kids, big mess. Don't worry though, they will blame me and or you, the customer, because they are right. We even had to unload supplies because no one showed up that day!!! Don't worry I got that three way switch to work, but thanks.

Ivan was the electrician sent to me. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and offered up many solutions to fit my budget. He was very speedy yet thorough in fixing my service panel and will be coming back for more work which he carved out of his schedule to fit me in as to not wait several weeks on the repair. Would recommend them to anyone!
