I had two obsolete computers that had crashed and had been sitting on a shelf for a long time. I needed to harvest the files on them as well as possible. I also wanted to recycle the rest of the information without any PII (personally identifiable information). Quality PC efficiently assisted me with both of these situations and did so at a reasonable price.

Separately, Quality Electric came to my house to replace an old set of track lighting with wall sconces and installed an additional outlet in a walk-in closet. The guy came quickly and did a careful job.

I recently had Bradley Electric over to resolve a burning electric odor coming from my electric panel. They determined that the GFI outlet next to the panel was the problem and replaced the unit. A few days after the repair, we still smelled some burnt odor. Bradley Electric sent two folks out immediately after our call to resolve the smell. After some investigating, they determined the cause to be our window screens, of all things! Can't say enough good things about these guys!

Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. Communication is the key, and they clearly need some keys. Good work, I say good because we now are seeing what they should have done in the time they were here, but it still doesn't beat not being told when they are showing or when they are done, three day garage job and then was taken off with wires hanging and outlets open by someone who doesn't even work there. Had Pat come over and tell me not to listen to John, even the workers had words about him, two weeks on and off with my business closed and trying to homeschool kids, big mess. Don't worry though, they will blame me and or you, the customer, because they are right. We even had to unload supplies because no one showed up that day!!! Don't worry I got that three way switch to work, but thanks.

The electrician, Jay, did a great job on the installation of a new panel and subpanel for a generator. The wiring looks neat and he limited the inconvenience of not having power to the house on a cold day to a minimum while still ensuring its safe and proper installation. He was also considerate of my other appliances around the worksite and cleaned up after himself. Will definite recommend and use for future projects.

Ed did a fantastic job installing a ceiling fan in our guest room. He was efficient, professional and made sure the job was done right. Would highly recommend him for any electrical needs you may have!

SO UNPROFESSIONAL . He was a no call, no show TWICE. First time, no call, no show, in middle of September-he said he was sick. I was sympathetic, we spoke back and forth. Once I offered to pay cash, he agreed to come out middle of Nov. Nov. 18th I called to remind and confirm and never heard back. Of course I've called him twice, texted him once, NOTHING.
I wasnt angry, just wasting people's time is so rude. I can get it done but the behavior is UNPROFESSIONAL.
