Eric and Chris were very personable and professional. They were on time and they explained everything in detail but in terms that an everyday person would understand without all of the business jargon. They made it a very relaxing experience and less like a stuffy business meeting. They explained pricing and the work that needed to be done in detail and even advised that there were financing options available to me. Eva and Katie from the call center were equally amazing and super friendly and explained the financing and gave the web address and how to navigate it. We were very excited and thankful to work with the team of Buckeye Electric to install our NEMA 14-50 outlet for our Tesla charger. I knew going into the project it wouldn’t be easy, and I was nervous about how expensive it was going to be — the distance from my basement circuit breaker to where my car gets parked is over 50 ft and would require a significant amount of trenching. But the team took the project head on and made it happen at an affordable price. These are good people and a pleasure to work with. Professional, on time, and considerate (they put on shoe covers when they came into the house without having to be instructed to do so). We will be using them for all of our future electrical needs and 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking to install a EV charging system.

We needed our garage rewired so we had a few companies bid on it. Nobody was even close. Bryan was the actual electrician that did the work. Very professional and did exactly what we ask for in the bid....maybe more. I would highly recommend Bryan & Big City Electric. I am sure we will use them again. We finally have an electrician guy:)

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

We had two outlets die at our house. My husband and our neighbor tried to fix it but couldn't figure out what was wrong. I called Excel Electric and he said look for a GFI switch to reset. It turns out we have a GFI in our garage it was hidden by our son's senior banner. So he helped me fix it just by a phone call. That shows honesty and a desire not to just make money. Good character has been hard for us to find amoung larger contracting companies. We will definitely call him again for work.

Good company

Electric Medic was very prompt in coming out to resolve a mis-wired dryer outlet and troubleshoot a faulty doorbell for the home we just moved into. My wife and I are so happy to finally be able to do laundry! These guys were quick to discover the issue and walk me through what the solution would be, and the price was very reasonable for their service. I would recommend Electric Medic to anyone in the area, and I’m sure I will be calling them again in the future!

They did a TON of work around our home: outdoor ceiling fan, outdoor outlets, outdoor overhead lights, outdoor outlets and HDMI outlet, recessed lighting in the basement, separated light zoes on new switches, installed 2, 220 wired heaters in our garages. Awesome communication, great prices for extraordinary work. Would highly recommend.

They did a good job installing porch receptacles. I would use them again.

Very professional but expensive

The electrician arrived on time. H electrician wore a mask and booties, we went thru the house areas that was going to be effected by the installation of two new outlets in my medical treatment room for Dialysis. The new 20 amp wires had to new runned from the electrical panel in the basement to the 2nd floor. He ran all the wires and only had to make one hole in the landing of the basement drywall which he repaired as well. Very Very neat you would never no he was there. This is the best work and efficiency I have witnessed in the three house I had build and two restaurants. HD ELECTRICAL SERVICES will be bragged about to all family and friends.

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

I contacted Lawson Surge Electric to get a quote on a wiring issue in my home. I had a quote from another. Company that seemed extremely high. Turns out the other company was charging me for more than I needed and was almost 3 times higher than what Lawson surge electric was charging.. Mr. Lawson was so professional, knowledgable and helpful. I was so pleased with his work that I'm will be using his services for some other electric work I need.
