I had another visit from Mikey and Brendan of Safe Electric today to establish whether I had electricity to a few of the areas in my home. They completed the job and explained everything that I needed to know. My previous review still holds true: Mikey and Brendan solved my problem of lack of electricity to my pond pump, and they also performed safety checks around my home. This was first-class from beginning to end, starting with Tara's making of my appointment, the text message with Mikey's photo and qualifications, the masks they wore at my request, the shoe covers to protect my wood floors, the excellent communication about the problems and solutions as well as information about other electrical issues of concern to me. I am sold on SAFE ELECTRIC for my electrical needs. Thanks for providing such excellent service!I also used Safe Electric for repairs at the veterinary clinic I own. Kyle and Austin worked VERY hard all day and were willing to come back on the weekend to complete the job. This enabled us to get all the work done without disturbing the veterinary dentistry business that goes on there. Again, they explained to me everything I needed to know, and offered to be available by phone if other questions arise. GREAT service!

Star electric was great to work with! They returned my initial call quickly and the work was scheduled to be done later that week. The electrician was incredibly nice and professional and got the job done quickly, plus with no damage to my walls! I will be using them again when I need more electrical work done to my home.

I have worked with Big City Electric several times now. I previously worked with another electric company that could not figure out the electrical issues at my old house. Big City Electric was able to figure out what they could not and performed the work in half the time. The electricians were prompt, professional, and the quality of work was exceptional. Their customer service is excellent from the owner all the way down. Dave and Andrew did an amazing job hanging several intricate crystal chandelier lights for me today. If you need electrical work done, its Big City or bust.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)

These guys are great! After working with countless contractors over the years, it’s refreshing to come across a team who provides excellent service at a reasonable price. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. I highly recommend Columbus Ohio Electrician for anyone who wants a professional, reliable, and well-priced electrician!

Great company

Very bad customer service. An employee of Bradley Electric came to my house for a quote, and was not good at communicating. He barely talked the entire time and seemed very inexperienced/provided little knowledge of electrical work. I asked if they could repair several items in my home and he didn't look up, only stared at his iPad. He then left without saying how they would follow-up. It's been over 3 weeks and I never received a quote. I'm very disappointed with the service.

Converse is a family-run company truly dedicated to personal and excellent service. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

Ralph came out to install and repair 2 fans on our back patio. He was awesome. I had a great experience dealing with this business and I will be using them again in the near future.

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!
