Fantastic experience. Quote was reasonable with what I researched and ultimate price was right there. Electrician came on time, was very polite, made fewer holes than I anticipated and did a great job patching them. He explained how the electric box had changed, made helpful notes on the box, and even took some pictures and made suggestions based on my off hand comment that we might look at adding a second charger in the future. I’m really happy with the company and specifically with the Electrician who came.

We had an issue at the beginning of a busy day. We called Mr. Electric, they sent out Dion. He was there very quickly and was patient and listened. He went to work and the problem was solved before our first patient of the day. Mr. Electric, Dion, was fast, efficient and friendly!! We recommend them to everyone!!!

Although the pricing was far higher than I was willing to pay, both technicians were amazingly friendly, helpful, and professional.

One of their decal laden pickups tried to run me off the road today. Admittedly, I'm still a little heated, but using the company car to push around smaller vehicles doesn't seem like a good business model. Fortunately nobody was hurt, and there is no need to involve police. However it feels like safety should be a bigger concern for those who work with electricity.

James came to my home to provide an estimate for a whole-house electrical update - he was OUTSTANDING! A REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE : I had a Kohler 14RCA whole house generator installed w/ 4 estimates. Sears, Electrical connections, MEI & Generac. MEI is the only company that didn't visit the house, didn't return calls or provide requested feedback, instead asked for information via Email & submitted their bid via email. Their bid was next to lowest priced & the only one to include a Kohler whole house generator, a 14 RCA. I selected them based on that & scheduled the install via email one month in advance w/ confirmation. Richard Pichette arrived on schedule Friday morning BUT didn't have a generator, equipment, supplies or any information provided regarding the install. He scoped the house, made a list & said he would return. Four hours later he did return w/ some supplies but no generator. They were looking for one, supply houses were out & he apologized. I wasn't impressed. It was a two day installation scheduled for consecutive Fridays by my work schedule. He began working and then received a call from his office regarding another job in Cincinnati, talked to them for 90 minutes & excused himself for the day & asked if he could return Saturday to complete the work, it was more convenient than the following Friday for them so I agreed. He arrived Saturday morning at 9am w/ a generator & worked till 7pm w/ my permission but a coupler on the generator was wrong & didn't fit. He asked for payment at that time stating he would return w/ the proper coupler to complete the job & I refused. I said bring the correct piece, make it right & you'll b paid. The next day unexpectedly he called, had the right coupler & had permission to return if ok w/ me. He did finish the job, correctly & everything was fine. Let me state Richard Pichette installation & finish product is FIRST RATE, he worked on the house like it was his but the process & company was insulting at best. One week after the installation I came home to a puddle of oil on the ground inside the generator. After talking to Richard & Dave the sales MGR I found out this generator has a defective oil ring inside that leaks & defective control panels known to MEI, yet to be addressed by Kohler not brought to my attention. They promised to fix it & make it right. It took two weeks & several phone calls for MEI to come out w/ the replacement part and 5 hours labor to break the engine down to replace a defective Oil ring. Several voice and email messages to Kohler have yielded NO results regarding these issues. Do NOT purchase a 14RCA generator, so far on 3/15/23 it's been a REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE.
