Rhett and Jack did a fantastic job, they were polite, upfront and accommodating. They gave me all the facts on how to fix my issue, some recommendations on adding some outlets in my basement and cleaned up like it never happened when they were done. Would highly recommend them.

I hired Confident Electric to troubleshoot a problem with my panel box in my home. He was upfront with the rates and showed up later in the day to resolve the issue.

We dealt with another electric company for a while, but that company frequently didn't answer calls during business hours, so we love that phone calls are accepted at Efficient Electric, even past regular business hours. They are prompt to set up appointments and we are very satisfied with their customer service and their work. After receiving the invoice, we are happy to say that this company is very cost effective too!

The techs, James and his trainee (D___?) were polite, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They installed exactly what wiring I needed for a new induction cook top according to the specs required. They also saw a piece of exposed wiring in the renovation area close to where they were working that they determined was live so they taped it up for safety. Upon seeing how uneasy I was that there was an exposed live wire, they looked around the kitchen reno area and saw several others that needed electrical tape applied. They took care of taping them which eased my anxiety. I can't explain how much I appreciated their concern for not only exactly what/how my new wiring needed to be, but also about my safety. I will be needing some further electrical work in the near future and I would definitely like to have these techs back. I highly recommend Mr Electric and it is the ONLY place I will call!!

Big City Electric installed two LED lights and troubleshooted a circuit breaker that was tripping. Christian did an excellent job explaining what happened with the circuit breaker, which really put my mind at ease. He even straightened out a light switch for one of the lights he installed and fixed the light switch box for the other light. I will be dealing with this company again.

Keith was extremely professional, timely, and helpful. He was flexible as I was trying to juggle working from home and welcoming him into my home. His work was clean, quick, and high quality. I am very pleased with the final product. He even went above and beyond and measured an area for me to make sure my plan would work! I had Ralph and his helper Tyler at my house. I had a new panel upgraded an several lights and outlets installed . They were both very courteous and nice. Ralph went out of his way to explain to me exactly what he was doing. He found a few issues and at first I thought he was trying to sell me for more work but that couldn't be further from the truth. He did a safety check an fixed some serious safety issues i had. As somebody that knows nothing about electricity. I feel that I have a grasp on it now. After, Ralph walked me through and explained things very clearly in which I could comprehend. I cant express how thankful I am to him.I will definatly be using Ralph and pti for all my electrical needs. Just FYI he also noticed my bathroom door which has never closed properly.. It hasn't shut for 3 yrs. Since we purchased this place. After he left I realized he fixed the door for us. He didn't mention it or ask to be paid for it.
