Jamie took the time to go over in detail what he would do, and the cost. All work was done in a timely manner, I was able to watch Jamie as he worked. Also he cleaned up any mess he made and did not leave until I was satisfied with the work done.

Hands down the best experience. Jim responded to my initial call to replace my breaker box very quickly after a voicemail and came out same day to check it out. Gave me a very fair quote a couple of days later and we set the appointment shortly there after. Jim was prompt on the scheduled day and got the job done well. Very professional and did excellent work. Highly recommend to anyone in need of electrical work.

I had a house fire last month. Everyone is safe, but the house is going to need a lot of work. We had an electrician from Efficient come out to restore power to a basement outlet so I could run my irrigation system. On May 26th he said not only did he get the outlet powered, he resorted power to the house for the contractors to use for their power tools while rebuilding the house. I went to the house on 5/27 to plug in my irrigation system and there was no power. I turned on lights throughout the house and still no power. I plugged items in outlets throughout the house and there wasn’t power. So I called and complained. The electrician’s supervisor told me that he did restore power the the whole house and the outlet for my irrigation system. So now I’m very upset. I went to the burned house with a lamp, blender, and iPhone with charger. I made a video of myself plugging everything into the outlet he said had power and plugged the items into outlets throughout the house to PROVE there was no power!!! I decided to get another electrician. The new guy from a different company restored power to the outlet and showed me that the guy from Efficient DIDNT do what he told his supervisor over and over that he did! Every single wire in the fuse box was dangling and none of the wires were labeled. I do not recommend this company at all! They totally lied to everyone involved.

I called Big City in the evening and Dave picked up and was incredibly nice and accommodating. We just purchased a Tesla and needed a charger installed. He was able to get me scheduled for an estimate and tentatively booked the installation a few days after the estimate. Jason came out for the estimate, was promptly on time, extremely professional and courteous. He walked me through exactly what they would need to do as we have a finished basement. The team that came out was great. They were extremely nice, punctual and thorough. They kept me informed throughout the job.

Their pricing was competitive and though we could've saved $1-200 going with someone else, I felt like their professionalism was worth the extra money. They are also on the Tesla website as a recommended electrician. If we have future needs from an electrician, I will be calling Big City first.

KAP was referred to me through a friend. Keith was awesome! Very flexible schedule, delivered pricing up front and he was less expensive than several other places I called. Nice guy and great service. I’d highly recommend.

Daniel responded to my text and showed up shortly after. He diagnosed the issue (that was missed by a previous electrician) within a few minutes, replaced a part, and brought power back to our lives!
He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He talked us through exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it. Couldn't be happier.

Used Accurate to restore power to my swimming pool pump. Very responsive and the tech were great. Minor problem after they left, but they came back and made everything right. Highly recommend!

These guys did an great job!!! I had a small project to install recessed lighting in the Livingroom, Kitchen, and 3 Bedrooms.

Not only did Tyler provide a quote that was lower than other nearby companies, but he also provided insight into my project and helped me avoid the mistake of installing too many lights. The installation process went quick. The crew was very professional and easy to work with. They installed everything perfectly and ensured no messes were left behind. Lastly, the customer service was great. I worked with Rob to coordinate my project schedule and he went above and beyond to ensure all my questions or concerns were answered.

All in all, Bradley Electric did an quality job at a lower price than other companies.

My service technician was Bah. He called ahead as requested and he came on time. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and very polite. I highly recommend him.

Completed the installation of a bathroom fan in very little time. The pair who was here did an excellent job of communicating what they needed to do. They were positive and a lot of fun.

WARNING ! They did a project for us in Worthington, Ohio. They give you high estimate and THEN add change order on top of it. If you don't agree with their change order, they stop the entire project till you pay for the change order !! absolutely the worse experience !

The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

Could not have been more pleased with the service received. Technician showed up when he was supposed to, was knowledgeable and able to diagnose my issue quickly. Explained the fix in detail and was able to resolve the issue same day.
