Best Remodel Work in Columbus OH

After satisfactorily working with Fritz Baumann & Sons to repair some wobbly toilets, I requested an estimate for a new hot water heater. The price was fair for the unit and the labor, and I scheduled them to come out and do the install the following week. Two days later the existing hot water heater died ahead of schedule and Fritz Baumann was able to speed up their timeline and get the new unit in the very same day--unfortunately, the building elevator was out of service and the FB team spent the next two days checking in with me on the phone to know if it had been fixe, and the moment it was, they came over and did the job. I was impressed by their responsiveness and their willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend this crew.

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

I had Plumbing One install my hot water heater and a new sink for a remodel at my house. Very professional and timely.

I am so pleased with this company. I called and since he was between jobs came over in about ten minutes. Tim fixed my kitchen faucet in just a few minutes. I now have water with no trouble. Will call them again for any plumbing problems I have. Thanks again Tim
