We chose Safe Electric for an emergency need at our home, and despite being booked up they showed up on time the next day and did a really good job getting us hooked back up! The guys were great, they explained everything they were doing, cleaned up well and left us in better shape than before the damage occurred. I would highly recommend them for any electrical needs that you have.

I called this morning and Paul was able to come out a few hours later. Original call was for one of the breakers tripping. He troubleshot and fixed issues from someone else's work as well. He was knowledgeable, communicated what was going on and straight to the point. Very reasonable rates. Definitely recommend.

I needed to have a non-working exhaust fan switch replaced. Jonathan came in, took a look at the switch, went back to his vehicle for a new switch, came back and replaced the switch, all in less than 15 minutes! He really knew what he was doing, and he was polite, kind and professional. Moreover, he gave me a fair price, and left me wondering why I waited so long to have the switch replaced!

When we purchased in 2013, Dave and his crew rewired the entire house. They were all very professional and did a fantastic job for a very fair price. I have used Big City Electric's services two other times more recently, as well, and been completely satisfied. This company has my total trust and I would highly recommend their services.

Glen is the MAN! I live in Bexley. Had a very annoying problem I could not troubleshoot, and also wanted some light fixtures hung. His prices are fair. His work is great. He is a very intelligent person, and educated me (I love to learn all I can about electricity - I didn't pay attention in 8'th grade shop). He is prompt. He works very clean (when was last time you had someone work in your home that brought his own shop vac in?). So....yes obviously we highly recommend him (and p.s. I am picky who works in my home).

I had to get my main panel replaced along with all the conduit on the exterior of the house replaced. I had reached out to several electricians and the Converse Electric tech who came out was so helpful in answering questions. They ended up being slightly more than the lowest quote but that was with an upgraded amp. Everyone was amazing to work with and super professional. I will definitely recommend them and be using them again.

We had several trees removed and several of the outdoor lighting fixture were no longer needed. John and Nate removed the fixtures and were able to cap off the underground wiring so that the fixtures can be used when we replace the landscaping in the spring. Will definitely call them back in the spring. Great work! Reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Was having electrical problems and was referred to True North. Then Shane Mason came, and he listened to all the problems I was having. He thoroughly examined the electrical wiring, furnace, water heater (which had a unknown leak), boxes, in the house and garage. Then he sat down and explained all the dangerous screw ups that were done through out the years - some half haphazardly - and how badly the wiring was weather worn with holes. His company would correct everything to make this a safer place to live. His crew did it all in one day. I feel so much safer now knowing it was done by professionals and done right!
