But this time I wasted 3days of them rescheduling me and was even told the service manager would contact me about this.. nothing no call! A recent storm caused significant damage to my electric. Big City Electric had Anthony out within 2 hours to repair the damage so AEP could restore power. Anthony was great to work with. He even helped me with fallen branches! He went above and beyond. Highly recommend this company!

They were tasked to add new pendant lights with dimmer to the kitchen and add power to my new gazebo, new switch, outlets, etc.
