Made an appointment on their website for Dan to come out. He never showed. I texted, no response.

I get that other calls may be “more important” but I took time off work to get my issue resolved. Very unprofessional.

Edit: You should just get rid of your online appointments entirely then. It makes no sense. I would have appreciated any sort of communication from you and your team. My point stands. Maybe don’t send emails saying the “job has been scheduled.”

I've used Bradley Electric several times over the year and like the quality of their work. I didn't give five stars because I had one service call where the guys seemed rushed, so they didn't get every item on my list completed, but I don't have any complaints about the actual work done or the price. Countryside made a service call for our Generac generator. The technician pulled into our driveway and proceeded to drive his van in our yard doing extensive damage in the process. When informed of this, their response was sorry. Wow.
