Had some issues for 6 months, my internet and tv service was randomly going out for 6 months. Eventually they found that the ground wire was feeding back voltage into the ground wire, which melted my service cables, so I needed an electrician. And eventually led to my lights flickering and my washer and furnace having a hard time kicking on.

Called AEP and and after they looked over the issue with my meter told me that it was my responsibility. ( Beware any insurance does not cover meter repair for electricity).

Called a couple places and got the run around and most had secretaries that answered the phone and could not diagnose my problem or give a quote (not that I was expecting one over the phone).

Called Big City and David (owner/operator) answered my call and asked for pictures and gave me a quote on a Friday (over the phone) and sent someone out to repair my issues with in 2 hours.

Turns out after they showed my the problem my neutral cable had melted due to corrosive terminals in my power meter, which AEP had explained to me prior to them coming to fix the problem.

Good honest service and fair price. They were about $300 dollars cheaper than most others that did give me a ball park estimate.

Couldnt be happier besides a little shorter in the wallet. But with a 1 year warranty Im satisfied.

The best part is the quote you get is the price you'll pay, no extra hidden fees tax, extra parts, we need to come back, more hours etc. with other companies Ive had in the past with other home repairs.

Keith installed 3 ceiling fans and a small light feature. One of the ceiling fan required a 12 ft ladder which was not a problem for Keith. We encountered a problem with the small light feature, but because Keith was knowledgeable about his job he was able to make it happen. KAP Electric has reasonable prices compared to others, dependable and dedicated to doing a good job. I would highly recommend KAP Electric for any electrical work. I have the number locked in my phone for my next project.

This company already did 3 jobs in my house and I'm saving for the fourth one . They are professional, friendly, respectfull, clean and always ready to help with something else if it occurred while they are there. I'm not the easiest customer, but they fulfil all my expectations. I will recommend this company to everybody. This picture shows the last job they did for me. Looks awesome.

Bradley came out to my house this summer to replace old knob and tube wiring at my house. The crew was fantastic and the did great work. There were even a few follow up issues the next week or two and they came out to make sure everything was done properly. I was very appreciative for the work they did.

Phenomenal!!!! Ralph is so good that you can imagine what it is that you are dreaming to have. It is like HGTV! You explain to him what you want. Have your materials and it’s on. Ralph is working and slowly you see your dream come together. Along with him playing jokes on you like he’s not able to do the job. His helper Tyler is right there with him. So if you need something done and cuts and corners are precise and it matters to you. He’s the GUY.

Heath,hebron and newark ohio sellingJoe Burton ·Sonrtp·!!!!!STOLEN !!! 5100.00$Update , they refuse to refund her money and told her as far as they are concerned the equipment is hers !Today 5/275100.00$Was stolen from this lady by KMA HVAC Sales Failed , Installer Failed , Company Failed !Her air stopped working , called them to come look at it , found that the coil was leaking inside !She had a sales guy from kma come out , first said 12000.00$ for a new system (Ridiculous)Then said 5100 for a new A/C , coil, refrigeration lines and thermostat !I told her that was high price to get other estimates , she didn't want to miss more work so had them do it !Paid in full , sold the wrong equipment , installed the incorrect coil ! System didn't work from day oneHad a service guy come out after a hour on the phone with tech support they determined the wrong coil was installed !Sales guy said we can install the correct coil but we can't warranty the compressor in the new A/C so she would lose the 10 year warranty !She asked for a refund and now is left with a system that is worthless paper weight !Share and help get this lady her money back !Avoid this company !!!

I’ve used this business twice now for replacing lights, outlets, and wired smoke detectors. He is great to work with and easy to get in touch with. Professional and accommodating to all my add-on requests. Has very fair pricing and does a great job. Will definitely use him for other electrical needs in the future. It’s been really hard to find a good electrician that will do these types of jobs on something that is not new construction.
