I moved into an old home with some wiring issues. Cody helped the contractor with installing new lights and electrical upgrades as part of a recent remodel. I was so impressed with him that I hired him to help install fans and outdoor lighting after the remodel.

Cody responds promptly to inquiries. He communicates clearly. He offers suggestions and ideas which I appreciate given his expertise. But he never upsells. He’s a very polite and trustworthy person. If you need an electrician, contact Cody. You’ll be glad you did.

We recently purchased an older home and wanted to replace the Knob-and-Tube Wiring. Cody did an exceptional job with it. He was able to upgrade the electrical and did it with almost zero damage to the walls.

He also made lots of recommendations around how we could improve the house in other ways. Things that we didn't know were possible.

Cody has helped us with a few lighting projects since initially first meeting him when he came for a repair to our service line... he has installed our under cabinet lighting, as well as rewiring for new/additional outdoor fixtures.He realized during our under cabinet installation how much the asthetic (color temperature, etc.) mattered to me, and has taken that into consideration with subsequent projects, always making sure I was happy with final results. He is easy to work with, and communicates well, always prompt, offers fair pricing and does a great job. Highly recommend!

I called Cody about an electrical issue. He spent a little time with me on the phone to understand the issues. He came out a few days later to assess the situation and gave me a quote. He returned a couple of days later and made all of the needed replacements and extras. Super fast, efficient, professional, and courteous. I felt he went above and beyond expectations. I’ve used this business twice now for replacing lights, outlets, and wired smoke detectors. He is great to work with and easy to get in touch with. Professional and accommodating to all my add-on requests. Has very fair pricing and does a great job. Will definitely use him for other electrical needs in the future. It’s been really hard to find a good electrician that will do these types of jobs on something that is not new construction. Until I found him, I just had to use general handyman services because the big companies in Columbus refused to do small work. Definitely give this business a call.

We have used Cody a couple times now and plan on using him in the future. I messed up a couple different lights with some two poll switches. All by trying to be the DIY guy. I know from experience that cleaning up another guys mess can be some of the worst stuff to deal with.

He didn't even mind. Kept a good attitude and even politely showed me where I messed up.

Another great thing is I talked to him about installing a transfer switch for a generator. He informed me he's never installed one before but he knows the basics behind what they do and how they do it, but most importantly, he said he knows who to call and what to read to figure it out. I dunno, I just like that kind of attitude. I'd much rather hear someone say, I'm not sure, but I can find out than blow smoke and just lie to me.

But yeah, give Cody a call. He a good guy.

I am really excited to share my review and I never do these reviews. I just never imagined that I would be so satisfied with everything Cody did at my home. I had so many things that needed done and still have more and was really anxious about getting it done but so overwhelmed by how much I thought it would cost. I only wanted to get estimates for what I absolutely needed and a couple things I have been wanting to do. I had one estimate at which I was pretty sure and afraid of facing, was probably very close to what most electricians would charge. I wanted to get one more estimate just to see because I knew I would probably not be able to get everything done I wanted because of the cost. I just happened to come across Cline eleceltrical and saw all the good reviews, but noticed there wasn't a lot like some of the others, so my thoughts were that he was probably just starting up and hadn't had time or enough recognition to build his clientele and decided to call for an estimate. Best decision I ever made!! Cody came right away to give me an estimate and scheduled to come the following week to do the work! Not only was I shocked about the price difference, which was a HUGE difference, I was very impressed by his eagerness to help, but his professionalism with his work and how very thoughtful and kind he was about my concerns. I would and will be telling anyone who needs an electrician to take a chance on him because I promise you will be so happy you did. I know my review is long, but I am so happy about being able to get the things done I needed without having to be upset with how much I had to pay from my savings. I also am looking forward to having some more things done since he didn't break my bank, I can afford it and that makes me so happy. By the way Cody installed 2 brand new ceiling fans, replaced an old one, put in a new bathroom vent and light and updated 25 outlets and worked from 8 to 8 so he could finish for me. Great service! We would recommend Cody to anyone seeking an electrician. He was patient and very helpful as we worked through different options for adding new lighting and multiple recepticles in our home. They look wonderful and work perfectly. He replaced our electric panel with great efficiency. Lastly but equally important for most of us, his prices are very reasonable. Cody was very pleasant. We had a few outlets in the basement and kitchen that were out, as well as an outlet on the back patio. I had been dreading having to call an electrician thinking that it was going to cost a lot more time and money. Cody did an amazing job with all my electrical needs. He replaced, moved, and installed multiple light fixtures, fans, and switches. I had him install a light fixture in my front room ceiling. (A job which also requires going up in the attic). The light fixture is PERFECTLY aligned with the center of the room AND the center window. BEAUTIFUL! We've used them for several projects in our new-to-us home, included: ceiling fan installation, light fixture installation, repair and re-wiring, and recessed lighting. We were looking to add a new outlet for our electric fireplace and Cody was very helpful with getting it done and In no time at all. We also had an old gas rod sticking out in our fireplace that was in the way and he took that out which was a big help to us. I highly recommend Cody if you want things done the right way and don’t want these big companies scamming you.

First of all I would like to say Thank you to the owner of the Company. I had a situation I thought was dangerous and in fear of a fire due to old wiring. When I called other companies they wanted to come out and charge a service fee for just an estimate and said there would be a minimum charge fir a small job. Mr. Cline was very Professional and quick to return my call and came out immediately for a free estimate. He assured me I was not in danger but did need to get the work done, he asked me how soon I needed it done and he came out the next day to do the job. He explained what was needed and did not try to sell me what I did not need. He priced the job as he went and was fair in pricing. I recommended him to my neighbor and when my work was finished he took the time to go talk and price out a job for them. I would recommend Cline Electric and would use them again.
