We have used a couple neighborhood electricians for odd jobs and been quite happy. However, neither of them were interested in taking the time to figure out why the Ring doorbell wouldn’t hold a charge. And one of the outdoor security lights that had been recently installed stopped working.So, we decided it was time to call a company. The reviews for Safe Electric were great, so we decided to give them a try. Although they were more expensive than the neighborhood fellas would have been, the Safe Electric rep (Mikey) made it his mission to figure out the problems and remedy them.He also did a ten-point inspection and brought some things to our attention for the future. We are very satisfied.

Great Service. They were able to install my Tesla Hone charger within a week of buying it! Would definitely recommend for anyone installing a home EV charger.

He is very easy to work with and communicates well. He was able to come to my house to help fix outlets quickly and efficiently and didn’t even charge me when it was just a breaker issue that was easily fixed.

So glad I found this company which is my new electrical contractor of choice. I had a ceiling fan installed today, the cost was reasonable, the electrician was prompt and on time, wore boot covers while here, courteous, and the quality of work (cleanup, etc) was great. This is the type of company that I like to do business with for years to come. Highly recommend!!!

Randy and Mike showed up on time and ready to go. They took the time to make sure i understood all options since the install was more complex first thought.

They were fair with the pricing and both friendly and professional. We had to do a bit of sweeping insulation afterwards but would recommend and use them again.

Called and scheduled an appointment, told me he would be there for sure, no call no show. Waste of my time and yours.

Had Converse install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage. Quick estimate process. Quick install with no problems. I received an estimate from a competitor that was much higher with options to upsell additions to the work. Converse said they could of course include those additions, but they weren’t necessary. I appreciated the honesty, good work, and reasonable cost.

If I could give 0 stars maybe even negative stars I would. They were the electricians wiring our new house under construction. They are holding up the process. The Owner of this business NEVER returns calls for 6-8 weeks They have been contacted to finish the job at our house. There are 3 outlets they forgot to install. When our builder calls them they say we will send someone tomorrow. Then NO ONE shows. My husband has called but phone calls are not returned this has been Going on for 8 weeks. If you want someone responsible reliable & truthful then this is not the company to use.
