Best New Electric Panel in Columbus OH

Bryce and Chris arrived promptly at the start of the appointment window. I have two outlets that have not worked properly since the condo next door did some remodeling a couple years ago. Apparently a wire was damaged at that time. This repair requires running a new wire between two outlets. The diagnostic work was efficient and friendly. The rest of the work is scheduled to be completed within the week at my convenience. I'm very satisfied that I chose to call Safe Electric. Bryce was outstanding.

Be using Dan and his team for sometime now. They did a room addition for me. Wiring, fixtures, panel and such. Price was right in the ballpark and on schedule. Hands down the best experience. Jim responded to my initial call to replace my breaker box very quickly after a voicemail and came out same day to check it out. Gave me a very fair quote a couple of days later and we set the appointment shortly there after. Jim was prompt on the scheduled day and got the job done well. We dealt with another electric company for a while, but that company frequently didn't answer calls during business hours, so we love that phone calls are accepted at Efficient Electric, even past regular business hours. They are prompt to set up appointments and we are very satisfied with their customer service and their work. After receiving the invoice, we are happy to say that this company is very cost effective too!

I tried calling their call center direct to get a ballpark price, there was some pushback - I explained it was a 200 amp panel box replacement but it the person didn't want to help over the phone. I almost skipped them since I had three other companies I was going to reach out to (via phone / email) as well for a potential quote - like i mentioned it was an estimate request. But then I started off through messaging via Angie's List and received a call from their call center / customer support - set up a callback to get a quote via phone. The next phone call I received was from Mike Carte (Manager) whom listened to the request for a quote, got me a ballpark quote, and provided a high overview on the following steps needed for the 200 amp panel box replacement - including potential timeframe for completion. After a quick site visit, Mike took care of setting up the remainder including the permit. A couple days later Scott Pinto (Technician) arrived and within 3 hours completed the job - replacing the box, clean-up, and ensuring all connections were up/running. The following day there was one more visit for inspection. Overall, I received plenty communications via email and phone (mobile) from Mr Electric to keep me posted on each step. Great service, fair pricing ($1920 parts/labor/permit), and great communication.Knocked one star due to the initial call which in most cases consumers / customers need an guesstimate quote to help them decide if they should proceed (sometimes to even determine if it is feasible within their budget).

Tree limb fell on power line bending my electrical riser pole. Big City Electric gave a a reasonable quote to replace the riser pole. They were professional and very easy to communicate with. High quality parts were used and quality workmanship.

We had a stand by home generator. Keith and his team explained what size we needed. He installed it, tested and hooked up the unit to our WiFi. I highly recommend KAP for your electric needs.

Used Bradley Electric to hang a ceiling fan and run wiring to the fan. I was happy with the work and the pricing was very reasonable. They even fixed an electrical outlet that had pulled out of the wall. Didnt noticed it was fixed until after they left.

We were quite pleased with the service we received from Electric Medic. The two technicians tracked down the problem and explained what was wrong and how they would repair it. They began with the least expensive. When that didn’t work they took the next step which resulted in the restoration of power.
The fee was quite reasonable.

Don’t waste your time if you need electric work done in the city. I Called for assistance for some faulty outlets and they they didn’t want to do the work because they didn’t want to “deal with parking” even though they charge $65 for a trip charge.

WARNING ! They did a project for us in Worthington, Ohio. They give you high estimate and THEN add change order on top of it. If you don't agree with their change order, they stop the entire project till you pay for the change order !! absolutely the worse experience !

Simply amazing . No other words can describe how amazing they were . They were tasked to add new pendant lights with dimmer to the kitchen and add power to my new gazebo, new switch, outlets, etc.

Previously, I had an electrician come over for an estimate and stated that this task was not possible due to the way the house was built.
