Best Lights in Columbus OH

10/28/22This is the fourth time Safe Electric come out and do electrical work at my home. Adam Lanzer arrived to do this job on time or maybe a little early. He came in, assessed the jobs, then got to work completing the jobs. SE does something interesting…..they assign a technician to you, then continue to assign that same technician to future jobs. I found that helped me enormously. I’ve built trust in Adam, I feel more and more confident in Adam each time he does a job. He has made great suggestions in situations where I didn’t know which way would be best. Adam’s work is meticulous. I will continue to use Safe Electric going forward and if you give them a try, Safe Electric will become your go-to place, just like they have become mine. I highly recommend Safe Electrical!1ST JOBAdam was called to an emergency & the office called me immediately to let me know he was running a little bit late, which was fine with me. I had a fairly extensive list & he carefully examined each issue. I was very happy when he took the time to examine the breaker box & found corrosion, rust, as well as circuits that had too many items connected to them. He went over each item with me, decided what should be done first & I was scheduled the next week! I am anxious to have them come & do everything that needs to be done. I found Adam to be very thorough & have no concern about the finished work being perfect!7/20/22I had Safe Electric come back again & remove old lighting from my kitchen & install can lights. I had old track lighting I detested & had no idea what to do, when Adam recommended the can lighting. He also installed a dimmer switch. It looks fabulous& the lighting is a huge improvement over the track lighting! Safe Electric does impeccable work & I won’t hesitate to call them for future projects!

Very pleased with my service. Service guy was on time and explained exactly what was needed. I wanted more sockets then he was prepared to do, so he repaired one ( which was the reason for my call), installed one and will be back to complete the others. So far, so good!

Very professional and responsive. It was great working with Dave and Jason to schedule. The guys who came out (Brian and Charles) were a pleasure to work with and made the process as smooth as possible. There were a few kinks but they resolved it in a timely manner. Would hire them again without hesitation!

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Called this company for work. explained the project and was hung up on. Very unprofessional and rude.

Bradley came out to my house this summer to replace old knob and tube wiring at my house. The crew was fantastic and the did great work. There were even a few follow up issues the next week or two and they came out to make sure everything was done properly. I was very appreciative for the work they did.

Kyle was very professional and kind. He was determined to get my air conditioner working and after 3 trips for parts he was successful! He could have easily given up and came back the next day as it was after pm but the house was so hot and he didn’t want us to suffer through another hot night. Thanks Kyle - it was greatly appreciated and I will definitely recommend KMA and Kyle !!

Had a smoke detector malfunction today, and had a great experience with Positive Electric! Tony on the phone was incredibly nice and dispatched a technician within a couple hours to help us. Jesus, the technician, was very nice and professional as well. Fantastic customer service by both!

They were on time and very very professional.
It's not very often you get this kind of service.
Most businesses are commision which means as a custom you loose. But what I can say for sure they set the bar very high. Will no doubt use them for my business and rentals. Nice to see a company that has me as a customer in mind. I didn't feel like a dollar figure which is very hard to find.

Man in truck with license plate PKF7193 just driving absolutely reckless!! Almost ran me and my family off the road while on 270 and cutting people off!!! Absolutely insane!!!

The workers, Cort and Jim, let me know when they were on their way and were professional and friendly. They put in a new over head fan/light in my sunroom. They checked everything on my list, changed an outlet or two and replaced a closet light. I learned quite a bit from them. Now I need to buy a couple under the counter lights and I will be calling Higher Power Electric again when I’m ready to have the new lights put in. I will also be having them replace my outdated dimmer switches. Thanks, guys!

I lost power at my coffee shop and they came in within an hour's call. Looked at everything in detail, they were honest and efficient. Ended up being an issue with AEP. Stayed till I finished my call to them to make sure they would send someone over to get things fixed.

This is our second time having this company work in our home and we have been highly satisfied on both occasions. I could not say enough great things about Ivan. He arrived on time, was thorough in his explanation of the issue and honest about the cost before getting started. His kindness to us was an added pleasure to the experience.
