Best Lighting Upgrade in Columbus OH

TJ and Mark came to my home at 1:30 after a panic call to the office around 11:00. We had a bit of a fiasco at the house the previous day and needed to cut the power to the entire third floor due to some bad wiring for a vanity fixture. TJ and Mark came into the house with booties on, masks on, and ready to rock! They quickly assessed the situation and gave us a great quote. They were respectful to me and the property, courteous, professional, and extremely kind and personable. We were even happy to join Safe Electric's Safety and Saving's Plan. A great idea!! Highly recommended these guys anytime and can't wait to keep working with them!!

Jason was very professional during the entire experience and even got my appointment moved up so I could hook up my new oven before the weekend. Everything went smoothly and we had an understanding about the estimate for the parts and labor prior to setting up the visit, so no surprises after a job well done. Can only recommend!

Keith is excellent at what he does. He has worked several times in our home. He is always on time, offers suggestions and completes the work on time. He will always be my choice when I need electrical work done in my home.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

First appointment was good. Great service at the time but was told we would get a call for a follow up on that Monday and no call. Called them Wednesday had to follow up ourselves to get on schedule and was told someone would be here at 7:30-8am and was going to be the first ones of the day and 5 hours later no one showed up and I canceled. Just going to look for another electrician to fix my problem. Wanted to stay local but options are limited for us.

Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. Will call PTI again for any and all issues or new work; I highly recommend Joe and his company!

Still has been great to work with at our residence and rentals. They are great communicators and the techs are very friendly, efficient, and clean. A+ quality work. They are my go-to for all projects and repairs for electrical services.

The crew showed up and installed six ceiling fans, three downstairs in two-story house and had no existing lights in two of the three. During walkthrough had them install new canned lighting which one was upgraded to newer LED lighting with dimmer. Job went well and would recommend and reuse for other services.
