Now that Caleb and his team finished the job, I can confidently say that we had a great experience with Safe Electric. The customer service has been phenomenal (which goes a long way these days) and their team's skill and ability to explain complex problems to us was wonderful! We had the pleasure of working with Caleb, April, and Kyle and they were all wonderful to work with! I couldn't recommend them more!---------------------------------------------------------------------So far so good! Safe electric was very easy to schedule with. They were responsive and flexible. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and on top of it. The day of our initial service we worked with Caleb. He was on time, professional, easy going, and honest. He laid out everything we needed to know and broke down concepts and numbers for us.We haven't used their services yet, as they will be coming back, but so far so good! I hope the work is as good as the service has been. I will leave an updated review once the work is complete!

We had this company come out to run electric to a new outdoor kitchen island we had installed. 10 days after they installed it we no longer had power. It took MULTIPLE attempts to get in touch with them over a two week period before they finally responded that they were unwilling to help. When pressed further, they agreed to come out and take a look at the problem, only to blame it on another contractor (whose work was completed before the electric stopped working). They said they took before and after photos to be able to prove they completed their work appropriately, but refused to provide said pictures and went silent. Completely unreliable and unprofessional company, as you can see by their childish responses to any unhappy customer review.

Jim was very responsive and professional and took care of my problem in not time at all. I strongly recommend his services.

Tyler A. Was absolutely amazing. The company sent him out next day for at least 10 of our outlets that weren’t working to their full extent. Within less than 20 mins, and only opening up one outlet, Tyler knew exactly what the problem was. Our brand new house had hit a power serge that made half of the electrical panel only giving off 80 volts. Tyler made several calls, and was able to arrange us to get a brand new panel installed first thing the next morning. He was in and out under the estimated time given to us. He was extremely courteous and professional, and helped us understand everything that he was doing. Thanks Tyler!

Scheduled for 12:00 to 2:00 appointment and stated the would text 45 minutes prior to arrival. At close to 2:00 I texted them to ask if they were on there way. They eventually texted back that they were running late and would text me prior to arrival. At 4:00 they texted and said they would have to reschedule.All communications via text had to be initiated by me! Don’t waste your time with these guys. I ended up scheduling with a different contractor.

These guys are great! After working with countless contractors over the years, it’s refreshing to come across a team who provides excellent service at a reasonable price. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. I highly recommend Columbus Ohio Electrician for anyone who wants a professional, reliable, and well-priced electrician!

Used Accurate to restore power to my swimming pool pump. Very responsive and the tech were great. Minor problem after they left, but they came back and made everything right. Highly recommend!

The workers, Cort and Jim, let me know when they were on their way and were professional and friendly. They put in a new over head fan/light in my sunroom. They checked everything on my list, changed an outlet or two and replaced a closet light. I learned quite a bit from them. Now I need to buy a couple under the counter lights and I will be calling Higher Power Electric again when I’m ready to have the new lights put in. I will also be having them replace my outdated dimmer switches. Thanks, guys!

Excellent service

These guys have done two jobs for us now. They always show up on time, are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They do great work and offer fair prices. I would highly recommend them and will be calling them the next time.

Would not recommend. We hired them to replace our electrical panel, install new light fixtures and new recessed lighting. On our electrical panel about half of the switches are labeled unknown and our recessed lights make a loud buzzing noise. When we asked them to come back and look at the recessed lights, the guy just said well I can't hear anything. Now we have to pay another electrician to come and fix them.
