Called Safe Electric because some of my circuits were out. Originally made an appointment for a few days later but they put me on a waiting list in case an appointment cancelled and got someone out the same day. T.J. and Jack diagnosed the problem and took the time to educate me about what was going on in addition to the work they did. They were very professional and friendly and I will definitely be using Safe Electric going forward.

The technician was very knowledgeable and ensured that my outlet was wired properly. He also fixed my outdoor light fixtures and changed my dead halogen bulb and located the switch to it. I recommend them for your electrical needs.

Very unprofessional..some of the employees are rude...one of the owners does not stick to his words at all...when you give a man your word you are supposed to stick to it by all means necessary...he will tell you one thing and do another....i would not recommend that kind of business to anyone....

I have used BCE twice. The first time they came out to replace a breaker and suggested replacing the whole panel because of its age. They gave me an estimate for that as well as for raising the height of the service line in the backyard. Almost a year later I asked if they could update the estimate and add what it would cost to remove some ugly wall sconces from my living room. The new estimate was almost exactly the same price as the old one, even with the additional work and the time that had gone by. The second time they did work for me was based on that estimate. Bryan and Charles came out and were professional, courteous and friendly. They even offered me an alternative to save money, which I decided not to go with, but I appreciated the offer. This company does quality work for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

I recently used Arlington Electric to install recessed lighting and update older light fixtures, outlets/light switches. Bob was a pleasure to work with. He was pleasant, professional, did excellent work and completed the project ahead of schedule. I highly recommend.

I called Electrical Medic and about six others when a flooring guy blew several of my outlets with a trouble light. They were they only one willing to come out quickly. They were very professional arrived as they said they would and fixed my issue very quickly and even offered additional inspections if I wanted. Receptionist Hung up on me when i was calling in about a project i needed help with. We have a generator removal project we were looking to get a quote on and when you call in she greets you with a very scripted 'thank you for making it a brighter day here at Converse Electric' and before i could finish she told me 'no thanks' and hung up the phone. I will be calling Converse Electric's competitors to give them my business. First impressions say a lot. I am thankful they showed me how rude they are on the first call instead of learning the hard way.

They did a TON of work around our home: outdoor ceiling fan, outdoor outlets, outdoor overhead lights, outdoor outlets and HDMI outlet, recessed lighting in the basement, separated light zoes on new switches, installed 2, 220 wired heaters in our garages. Awesome communication, great prices for extraordinary work. Would highly recommend.
