Great response. Got a call be right away. Got three quotes for the amount of work I wanted done, plus a 4th quote based on additional options I wanted to consider. Ben's, Sean's, Mikey's work completed the panel replacement/upgrade, trenching a new line to the garage, and adding a designated outlet for the kitchen in 3 days in the dead, dead or winter. They kept the power outage to a 1/2 day and work late until everything was installed and working. I can now happily make an expresso latte without blowing the kitchen circuit. And, run power tools in the garage.

They missed appointment time and never responded to my calls.

Thursday night I turned on a light switch in the basement and it tripped the circuit. Reset the circuit and tried the switch again and it tripped the breaker again. This morning we called Quality Electric. They had a 1pm cancellation, so we took that. We were told that if the electrician finished his current job early, he could come out before that. We said fine, and Eric came out about noon. Turns out the problem was a fluorescent workshop light fixture that was not spliced in to the electrical wire correctly, and it chose last night to short. Eric corrected the wiring, and I asked him to check the light switch and an electrical outlet below the switch. The previous owner did some sketchy work in the house, and I wanted to make sure the switch and outlet were not problems waiting to happen. They weren't.

We also had Eric replace a kitchen ceiling light fixture with a cracked bulb receptacle that we had been meaning to have replaced.

We are very pleased with the work done, and with how quickly the company was able to get someone out here. The price for both jobs was also very reasonable. We would definitely hire them again for electrical issues.

I cannot recommend Jim more highly for any of your electrical needs. He is courteous, pleasant, and provides high quality work. He installed recessed lighting in our kitchen, respecting our home and schedule as he worked. We will definitely have him back to do more work.

I contacted Big City Electric in regards to getting my gas line bonded as I was told needed to be done by the gas company. It looked to me that it was, but to be certain, they sent a tech out to inspect my gas meter/line free of charge. Turns out that my gas line was already bonded and the tech from the gas company was misinformed. They could have just taken my money to do the job that I inquired about without looking at the meter, but they saved me the money and let me know it would have been redundant. Big City Electric is a good honest company from my experience. I would recommend them to any and all who need Electrical work.

Keith installed 3 ceiling fans and a small light feature. One of the ceiling fan required a 12 ft ladder which was not a problem for Keith. We encountered a problem with the small light feature, but because Keith was knowledgeable about his job he was able to make it happen. KAP Electric has reasonable prices compared to others, dependable and dedicated to doing a good job. I would highly recommend KAP Electric for any electrical work. I have the number locked in my phone for my next project.

Glen solved issues other people with experience could not solve. He's seen enough screwy DIY to know how to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it. He's also just a terrific human being; extremely friendly, like having your dad over.

Bob did a wonderful job helping us finish and understand converting our low voltage home. We called him late in the day on a weekend and he came out the next day. Overall he was knowledgeable, informative, professional, and friendly. We'll definitely work with Bob in the future.

Terrible service, didn’t explain anything, the problem was not fixed afterwards and they wanted to charge again for what they said they fixed the first time. When I had another electrician out, they said what Bradley electric did wasn’t even a possible cause for the original problem. Felt scammed.

Electric Medic showed up on time and were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone needing electrical help.
