Job was professionally done and John took the time to explain every aspect of the repair and call AEP essentially on my behalf when it was necessary. 10/10!

Bradley Electric has lost our business after previously being our go-to for electrical work. Our patio outlets needed repair: after a strong rain they would trip the breaker, but after a day to dry, we could use our patio lights and fountains again. They came out, cut the patio electric entirely, then said they needed to leave to get a quote written by the owner. That never happened. I had to call back myself, and they said they would return to complete the repair (two weeks later from the original visit). The new techs that arrived the 2nd time had no idea what the work was, and again, said they had to leave because they did not have the time or a quote to work from. Now they have stopped returning my phone calls, and we have no power whatsoever on our patio for the summer.

Bradley Electric had previously replaced our entire home panel 3 years ago, and also installed new electric lines for new ceiling fans in our house -- both of these were successful. It's truly sad to see this company slide into a state of such bad business operations that we will avoid them completely.

They did my outdoor patio electric connection. They did a good job. The connection looks clean and they charged reasonable for the work

Both technicians Jeff and Aaron were very experienced, knowledgeable and professional!!! It is nice to know there are still company's out there like this!!! We recently had KMA Electric do work at my daughter's recently purchased home. We had them replace the breaker box, upgrading to 150 Amp, replacing the meter, and adding a surge protector. Scheduling was easy and prompt. Technicians Nate and Chris arrived to do the service, and could not have been more polite and helpful, explaining what they would be doing and how long the process would be. They began the work immediately, and kept me current on the progress they were making (important, as the electricity had to be turned off). They gave me a time frrame, worked without taking a break, and actually completed the work before I expected them to.When the work was finished they walked us through the labeling of the breakers, and made sure that everything was functioning properly. The work looked great, seems to function perfectly, and they cleaned up, leaving everything just as it was before they got started.Needless say, having work done in such a professional and courteous manner is a big plus for us, and we would not hesitate to use KMA again, or recommend them to family and friends.
