Best Ground Wire Installation in Columbus OH

Hands down the best experience I've had so far with electricians. My electricians are TJ and Eric. They helped me replace a few light fixtures that are on a 20 fl ceiling and installed a few LED switches too. The company is truly professional- from scheduling to doing the actual work. before they moved the giant 20 fl ladder into my house they wrapped up my furniture to prevent any potential damage. they had shoe covers and masks on all the time. Communication is always good, the lady who answered my call is super nice (her name is Emily). I also learnt a great deal about how to put the LED lights on by myself. I have about 30 lights in my house and most of them are on a lower 9FT ceiling where I can just replace them by myself. TJ and Eric showed me how to put them on if I decided to do it by myself in the future. I've got other companies who always just say how hard it is to DIY and want to do everything for you so that they can charge you for the work. Safe Electric isn't one of them. They also fixed some of my old switches for free. Highly recommend!

They came in, ran new wires, installed a new switch, 3 ceiling cans and were out in about 2.5 hours. Anthony may look young, but he knows his stuff!! I asked him a few questions so I could be a little bit more educated - was kind enough to show me a few things. Definitely recommend and I definitely will use them again!! We recently purchased a house and have experienced electrical issues since we moved in. I found Quality Electric online and scheduled a service appointment. Charlie, the electrician who came to my home, did a fantastic job. He was so professional and thorough and checked out our entire electrical system. He found a few small issues that were easily fixed. He also found that our ground fault line was not connected properly by the previous home-owner, and he fixed the problem at no charge. The entire experience, from scheduling through the Quality Electric office, to the service appointment, was great. I highly recommend this company! I will always use Quality Electric when I have any issues and will most definitely recommend the company to my family and friends. Great job and thank you!

I am very happy with the service I got! He came out the same day and fixed the problem and then a few days later I had a different issue and he came back out and fixed this problem as well. We had two outlets die at our house. My husband and our neighbor tried to fix it but couldn't figure out what was wrong. I called Excel Electric and he said look for a GFI switch to reset. It turns out we have a GFI in our garage it was hidden by our son's senior banner. So he helped me fix it just by a phone call. That shows honesty and a desire not to just make money. Good character has been hard for us to find amoung larger contracting companies. We will definitely call him again for work.

Bob did a great job upgrading the electric service to our house. He took care of all the scheduling with AEP for disconnect/reconnect, got everything done quickly, and was transparent about everything he did to complete the job. Will use him again for future electric projects.

The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

I would recommend Still Electric to anyone looking for services. The company is very professional and the customer service is outstanding. Kevin and Johnathan installed my chandelier to perfection. The chandelier was a very detailed and time consuming but they nailed it and with a smile on their face, they get a 15 out of 10. I cannot say enough about this company and I will be calling them again for any future projects or repairs.

Terrible experience. Made several mistakes but were always nice so I had them back.

This time they really messed up damaging my wall and installing a single light switch on a metal two gang box protruding from my wall in a finished room. It was originally a single switch - they cut a hole in my wood wall to put in the horrible metal double gang box. I specifically asked them not to install anything unusual without talking to me. Ignored my instructions.

They promised weeks ago to come back. Even had a workable solution but suddenly withdrew offer to fix it. Hiding behind we had to bring it up to code. No. You do not get to come into other peoples’ home and do whatever you want in the name of code. There were other code solutions that another electrician will have to work.
