As a homeowner and landlord, I have used Efficient Electric for several years. Their service has always been reliable, professional, and reasonably priced for certified electricians. If you have non-emergency work to be done, do call at least 2-3 weeks prior to expecting service. That way, there's less stress for everyone, and probably helps them balance their workers' schedules to allow for the inevitable emergency calls.

Big project difficult to resolve. Adam did a great job. Very pleasant, organized, and confident. Problem that existed is now resolved.

I called Big City in the evening and Dave picked up and was incredibly nice and accommodating. We just purchased a Tesla and needed a charger installed. He was able to get me scheduled for an estimate and tentatively booked the installation a few days after the estimate. Jason came out for the estimate, was promptly on time, extremely professional and courteous. He walked me through exactly what they would need to do as we have a finished basement. The team that came out was great. They were extremely nice, punctual and thorough. They kept me informed throughout the job.

Their pricing was competitive and though we could've saved $1-200 going with someone else, I felt like their professionalism was worth the extra money. They are also on the Tesla website as a recommended electrician. If we have future needs from an electrician, I will be calling Big City first.

Keith installed 3 ceiling fans and a small light feature. One of the ceiling fan required a 12 ft ladder which was not a problem for Keith. We encountered a problem with the small light feature, but because Keith was knowledgeable about his job he was able to make it happen. KAP Electric has reasonable prices compared to others, dependable and dedicated to doing a good job. I would highly recommend KAP Electric for any electrical work. I have the number locked in my phone for my next project.

Bob has done two jobs at our house. Both have been done with attention to detail. Bob listens to what I want and gives straight answers to my questions.

Love this local gem. A must try when you're in our adorable little town. The mush with butter and syrup is delicious!

The crew was very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did an outstanding job installing my new chandelier and pendant lights. Everything they did was top notch. Definitely a great experience with these guys. Beep them up if you need any electric work done.

Very bad customer service. An employee of Bradley Electric came to my house for a quote, and was not good at communicating. He barely talked the entire time and seemed very inexperienced/provided little knowledge of electrical work. I asked if they could repair several items in my home and he didn't look up, only stared at his iPad. He then left without saying how they would follow-up. It's been over 3 weeks and I never received a quote. I'm very disappointed with the service.

The electrician was on-time and very professional. He took care of our electrical needs very timely and they met our schedule well. This company gets an A++ from us.

Countryside Electric installed an electrical panel 16 years ago for me and nothing ever went wrong. My husband made an appt for KMA to come on my day off - Thursday. I scheduled everything around them coming at our set time of 3pm. Around 345 I was notified that we were bumped from the day becusae the crew was held up at another job. They added us to the next day’s (Friday) schedule and my husband arranged to leave work early since I would be at work. We were assured that we would not get bumped again. However, we were notified late afternoon that they wouldn’t make it. Since it was now the weekend, we would have to wait until Monday but they’d waive the diagnostics fee. I have a 2 yr old and no power in her room or my room for our baby monitor. We wasted 2 days of not calling another company because we trusted KMA’s word. Needless to say, we are not giving them a 3rd chance. Highly disappointed and would NOT recommend.
