Crew was very polite and timely. The price was also very reasonable. I had my whole home electric upgraded and an EV charger installed in my detached garage for under $5K. Would definitely recommend Buckeye Electric and will use them for any future projects!

Very helpful and honest service. I had called for an issue and was given instructions on how to solve it, no charge. A less honest company could have made it house call and made a bigger deal about the problem. But not these guys, they were very straightforward. I would definitely call them again for any future projects.

Great choice for electrical work!! I had 10 light fixtures replaced and dimmer switches installed, and the whole process was easy, professional and the price was excellent. The guys that did the work were friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. They even took all the boxes, packing and old light fixtures that were garbage. I would definitely use them again.

I am building a home in the Cottages at Ballantrae and Keith Herald was my contact. He and I had to determine placement of outlets, switches, can lights, overhead lights, dimmers - all the confusing finalization details in the building process. Keith was knowledgeable and VERY patient throughout the meeting. His suggestions were right on - and things I would not have thought to ask. I feel lucky to have had him to work with.

Driver was texting and driving and almost ran into me in the next lane. When I pulled up next to him, he kept texting.

Electric Medic will now be the choice electrical company for the neighborhood. Jeremy, Michael, and Steven were all EXTREMELY professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and on-time.

They told me everything they did so I could TRY to understand! I'm very please with the quality of the service I received and would highly recommend them.

When the power went out, we expected the generator to come on—but it didn’t. I was panicked, we are old people who cannot tolerate temperature extremes due to medical issues. When we called Countryside Electric, even though all the service techs were out on other calls, I could tell that Brittany, the office manager, truly cared and wanted to help. You know what I mean—with some businesses, you can tell it’s just business. But she really cared that someone was panicked and needed immediate help. The first thing she did was try to talk my husband through the process on the phone, and while he was able to go outside and get the generator running, we discovered a few minutes later that power had not transferred to the house—so I called back a second time.

Brittany contacted a technician (I later found out he is her husband) who by luck was nearby, and he was at our house in less than a half hour. I understand that we were lucky—but had she not cared, she wouldn’t have gone to the trouble to see if anyone was in our neighborhood, and just put us on the list instead. Kyle, the technician, quickly located the problem, and got it running properly. We were told we’d need to switch the house back to the regular electrical supply manually when the power came back on.

Around eleven o’clock at night, it occurred to me that the power might come on after we went to bed, and I didn’t know what would happen if we didn’t know until morning. Could it damage the generator, hurt our circuitry, start a fire? I was ready to stay up all night to make sure we were awake to handle the transfer when the power came back on. So I called Countryside Electric, to find out if it was safe to go to bed, and as late as it was, I got a call back from Kyle in less than ten minutes—amazing! I found out later that he’d been up since four in the morning, and still had service calls to finish! But he took time to reassure us that nothing bad would happen if we went to bed. I was REALLY impressed that he took the time to call us, considering how hectic his day had to have been. He came back a few days later and determined that for some reason unusual conditions had prevented the transfer switch from working as it should, but showed my husband what to do in the unlikely event that it ever happened again. Apparently the electricity had blinked off and then on so many times that the mechanism was confused about whether or not our electrical supply was crying wolf, and it had concluded it was a false alarm. At the same time we discovered that our sump pump was not wired into the control panel, so Kyle will be coming back to fix that for us.

Kyle and Brittany went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a company in an emergency, and I can’t express how grateful I am not to have had to evacuate my home. Thanks to their diligence, we were only without power for about an hour! I also would like to add that they serviced my generator the past few times, and their pricing is very competitive. I couldn’t be happier.

I had to get my main panel replaced along with all the conduit on the exterior of the house replaced. I had reached out to several electricians and the Converse Electric tech who came out was so helpful in answering questions. They ended up being slightly more than the lowest quote but that was with an upgraded amp. Everyone was amazing to work with and super professional. I will definitely recommend them and be using them again.

What does it say about a business when you phone twice and they don't bother to return your calls? If they can't handle the basics why should I trust them for anything else?

I contact KMA about having some ethernet outlets installed after fighting with my ISP over issues with wifi speed. I understand that with wifi, I'm not going to get the 100Mbps that I'm paying for... but I shouldn't be getting 3Mbps. There was only one outlet at the time and it was frustrating anytime I needed to do homework or get connected to meetings.For the initial consultation, Mark and Luke came out, listened to what I wanted, looked at the house and gave me options to work with. They both were very professional, friendly, polite and honest; they had even informed me that wiring ethernet outlets are not a common request from customers. They gave me price options and when I had asked for time to think about it, they said to take as much time as you need. They even recommended alternative options like a wifi booster to see if that would remedy the issue. After everything was completed, they stayed and ensured everything was put back, connected and tested. If I ever need anything else from KMA and it has to do with electrical, I will ask for them personally and wait until they are available to do so!!!
