Tony and Tom showed up on time and got my track lights working again. I would definitely recommend this service.

They replaced a bathroom fan/light kit and did other repair for me. They were fast and reasonable priced. I had the new parts ready and they got the work done fast.

Very helpful and honest service. I had called for an issue and was given instructions on how to solve it, no charge. A less honest company could have made it house call and made a bigger deal about the problem. But not these guys, they were very straightforward. I would definitely call them again for any future projects.

Called Paul to add a plug for an electric vehicle in my garage. The price was very reasonable and he went out of his way to identify and fix some issues he found in the panel. I really appreciate the extra effort!

They show up on time and do the work quickly and correctly. The technician even took down light fixtures so I could clean them and reinstalled them for me.

My Tesla charger went bad, and I was stuck without home charging for a few days. Big City Electric was on the ball - and were able to get me on the schedule the day after my new charger arrived. Jason was great in the quoting and inspection process - then when Anthony & Charles came to install the charger they were quick, professional, and helpful every step of the way. Don't want to give even one Star as this company sent out two technicians to my home, they looked over the work I needed them to perform, told me that they would go back and talk with their Service Manager and then they would be in contact about scheduling/advising about the service. 3+ weeks went by and nothing, so I emailed the person who had set up the original appointment and their reply was that they were very sorry and this is not how they do business. They also said that they spoke to the Service Manager and I should have something within a week.

As I write this, it's been over two more weeks since my last reply from them and still nothing. I hope that this not the way this or any company thinks is a proper way to do business. Though I am finding out in trying to upgrade a home that there isn't a lot of Customer Service being provided in the business world today......and no one wants to earn money as I am finding I can't give it away......

It's not often that you leave a review for someone who didn't do any work, but when I called them about power off in half my house, they said they could come out but it is likely an AEP issue. So I called AEP and sure enough it was. So the money I saved today will go to Bradley later when I call them for some re-wiring I need to have done.

They did my outdoor patio electric connection. They did a good job. The connection looks clean and they charged reasonable for the work

I had problems with my new backup generator since another electrician (not so good) replaced the 10 year old one with a more powerful one I had acquired. He neglected to rewire the main entry panel and our household lighting and electronics were always burping.

I heard of CountrySide and that they specialize in Generac generators. Even though I didn't buy the generator from them (as I had it already) they were glad to come out to inspect and found the significant wiring error right away. The home was not properly isolated.

They scheduled and appointment and were right on time. The tech was very friendly and even let me watch, learn and assist. He also found that the other electrician used the totally wrong mainline cable (a code and fire hazard). A very thick and different cable was needed but he didn't have one on the truck. He actually drove to the local Home Depot to try to find it and when HD didn't have it he called back to the office and they dispatched a 2nd tech with the proper cable(while he was working on the internal rewiring) at no extra cost. All in all the quoted 1 afternoon job was done in exactly one afternoon with minimal disruption to home power as they did all the pre-work and only cut power to replace the mainline cable.

Since they fixed it, the lights don't dim, the electronics work perfectly and the generator is running at top notch! I plan on using them for other upgrades and installations in the future.

I arranged an appointment with KMA for an estimate for a new electrical service panel. They sent a sales person in a service truck who pretended to be a technician. They quoted over $5,300 for a job that should be half of the quote. Buyer beware.
