Ok guys.. I would not recommend. I called, texted multiple times with no answer when a tech didn’t show up for my appt. I never received a confirmation message from them for the appt (I got a “your appt has been scheduled” AFTER my appt time and AFTER I finally got ahold of someone) and this is how they handled it. I was just trying to give CS advice as in my line of work, if a tech was a no show no call, it would be very bad for our company....

They Were Fast ! And I Didn't Get A bunch Of Tech Explanation That We Need It For 3 or 4 Days I just needed My Laptop Fixed Fast! Hard Drive Gave Out They Put A new Solid State Drive Transferred My Files And I picked it up Literally within 24 Hours! They Were Great!!! Highly Recommend Them!

The gentleman from Mr. Electric came out on today Saturday, August 10, 2019 to provide us a free estimate on removing a seasoned chandelier & installing a new chandelier. The new chandelier was scheduled to be delivered on Friday August 9, 2019, but unfortunately was delayed by Amazon. The gentleman was very upset the new chandelier had not arrived prior to his arrival. It was very clear he was extremely upset from his bad attitude & unprofessionalism. I am truly grateful for the free estimate & coming out on Saturday, but I would not hire my mama for $0.02 with that attitude. And that’s a FACT!Note***People want to feel valued & respected which is called “Dignity”.Note***I would say his name but I heard him say his wife was pregnant. I called Big City in the evening and Dave picked up and was incredibly nice and accommodating. We just purchased a Tesla and needed a charger installed. He was able to get me scheduled for an estimate and tentatively booked the installation a few days after the estimate. Jason came out for the estimate, was promptly on time, extremely professional and courteous. He walked me through exactly what they would need to do as we have a finished basement. The team that came out was great. They were extremely nice, punctual and thorough. They kept me informed throughout the job.

Their pricing was competitive and though we could've saved $1-200 going with someone else, I felt like their professionalism was worth the extra money. They are also on the Tesla website as a recommended electrician. If we have future needs from an electrician, I will be calling Big City first.

We had a stand by home generator. Keith and his team explained what size we needed. He installed it, tested and hooked up the unit to our WiFi. I highly recommend KAP for your electric needs.

Bob did a great job installing a light fixture and a new outlet. He came out about a week after 1st contacting him. Would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a great electrician. Quick and tidy for a fair price!

Light switches were moved without our knowledge, multiple outlets are installed uneven, and a simple change in can light placement was difficult for them. Using Safeway was not a choice, this is who our builder uses, which probably says something about the builder as well.

Love that it is family owned, very professional and did a great job in a timely manner.

Had some work done to replace our flood light in the back yard and light fixtures on the front of the house. We could not be happier with the quality of the work and the employees were super nice. 10/10, would recommend!

Randy and Mike showed up on time and ready to go. They took the time to make sure i understood all options since the install was more complex first thought.

They were fair with the pricing and both friendly and professional. We had to do a bit of sweeping insulation afterwards but would recommend and use them again.

This team came to the house and did a great job. Explained everything in detail and had me up and running in no time. Very pleased and would use again for other needs.

Had PTI come thru last night. It was 2 servicers (I believe one guy was named Joe), super awesome guys. Explained the entire fix to me and were courteous and beyond friendly. Going to recommended PTI to all my friends

I called KMA to finish installing a ceiling fan in my bathroom, it took a day for them to show up and give me a price of $250.00 with no warranty on the job. I explained to him that all I needed was the fan put into the opening in the ceiling and to be in working order. After I approved the proposal he started, the tech needed a ladder, tape to put the vent hose together and at the end a pop because he was thirsty. The photos that I have enclosed are after he finished and how he left the job, I called spoke to the manager and waited another day for someone to finish the job that I already paid for. During this time I had to clean the bathroom due to all the ceiling plaster that was left on the floor and not cleaned up by the first guy. After the second tech left there is still a hole between the fan and the ceiling, Overall extremely poor job, the manager never called to see how it went, I felt just like a number and they were trying to get more done and really did not care. I do not think that I will ever use this company of give them any type of recommendation!!!!
