Had a great experience with Sean & TJ reworking some power wires to account for some house remodelling. They came out on time, gave a quote that was reasonable and then got to work straight away and had it finished in a few house. They were very careful with the house, making sure to remove any drywall and trim in a clean way such that it was very easy to put back. They also threw in a couple of extra outlets and some dimmers for free and gave some nice free advice. Would recommend.

Installed a Tesla home charger in my garage

Called Paul to add a plug for an electric vehicle in my garage. The price was very reasonable and he went out of his way to identify and fix some issues he found in the panel. I really appreciate the extra effort!

Efficient is the best name for this company because anytime we have required it's service the person has always been efficient and with reasonable prices

We had Ant and Dave come out and upgrade our very old 100 amp panel to a modern 200amp panel, and switch out a handful of old two-pronged outlets to GCFI outlets. They were timely and knowledgeable, and completed the work efficiently without causing any disruption to our day. We also felt very safe the entire time given the pandemic situation, and proper social distancing and mask wearing was practiced the entire day. We believe we got a great value for the work that was completed, and we will definitely be using Big City Electric for any additional electrical work that we might need in the future. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends!

Daniel responded to my text and showed up shortly after. He diagnosed the issue (that was missed by a previous electrician) within a few minutes, replaced a part, and brought power back to our lives!
He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He talked us through exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it. Couldn't be happier.

I had Ralph and his helper Tyler at my house. I had a new panel upgraded an several lights and outlets installed . They were both very courteous and nice. Ralph went out of his way to explain to me exactly what he was doing. He found a few issues and at first I thought he was trying to sell me for more work but that couldn't be further from the truth. He did a safety check an fixed some serious safety issues i had. As somebody that knows nothing about electricity. I feel that I have a grasp on it now. After, Ralph walked me through and explained things very clearly in which I could comprehend. I cant express how thankful I am to him.I will definatly be using Ralph and pti for all my electrical needs. Just FYI he also noticed my bathroom door which has never closed properly.. It hasn't shut for 3 yrs. Since we purchased this place. After he left I realized he fixed the door for us. He didn't mention it or ask to be paid for it. Which i totally would have.Thats just the type of person he is. If your looking for a reliable company that takes pride in their work and whom you can trust. Look no further than Pti Electric. HD was great I will definitely use them for my electrical needs

Countryside Electric installed an electrical panel 16 years ago for me and nothing ever went wrong. It was time for an upgrade and once again they were by far the best priced and best quality for my needs. I highly recommend this company, they have been around for years and have maintained a good reputation for quality work at a fair price!!!

I had to get my main panel replaced along with all the conduit on the exterior of the house replaced. I had reached out to several electricians and the Converse Electric tech who came out was so helpful in answering questions. They ended up being slightly more than the lowest quote but that was with an upgraded amp. Everyone was amazing to work with and super professional. I will definitely recommend them and be using them again.

I called at 1am on a Friday night with no power to the house. Joe was here within 18 minutes and fixed the issue. He was very helpful and professional. Will use this company again if needed.

Terrible experience. Made several mistakes but were always nice so I had them back.

This time they really messed up damaging my wall and installing a single light switch on a metal two gang box protruding from my wall in a finished room. It was originally a single switch - they cut a hole in my wood wall to put in the horrible metal double gang box. I specifically asked them not to install anything unusual without talking to me. Ignored my instructions.

They promised weeks ago to come back. Even had a workable solution but suddenly withdrew offer to fix it. Hiding behind we had to bring it up to code. No. You do not get to come into other peoples’ home and do whatever you want in the name of code. There were other code solutions that another electrician will have to work.

Very very unprofessional

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

Excellent service hands down! Ken has a really great personality and he's definitely a subject matter expert. He was able to accommodate a scheduling conflict with professionalism and a timeliness turnaround. I'm a happy customer and I approve this message! ?
