Rhett and Garrett were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and fully upgrade our electrical panel the next day. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and answered any questions we had. I can’t recommend them enough.

Buckeye Electric of Upper Arlington saved the day! Great experience and very nice crew. They explained the service and fixed my two issues at a very reasonable price. No call no show. I have a rental on campus they were supposed to visit on Friday (half the house has nonworking electric) and they just didn't show up. Left 2 messages and a text with no response.

So glad I found this company which is my new electrical contractor of choice. I had a ceiling fan installed today, the cost was reasonable, the electrician was prompt and on time, wore boot covers while here, courteous, and the quality of work (cleanup, etc) was great. This is the type of company that I like to do business with for years to come. Highly recommend!!!

My outdoors Nest camera was offline for three weeks. I tried everything I could do to fix the issue without success. I even hired a Nest technician to power up my cam. It still did not work. He advised me to call an electrician. So I called Mr Electric, since the company will send someone out 24/7 at the regular rate, no weekend price hike. Tim found and corrected the electrical issue in 5 minutes.Finally, my Next cam is working properly thanks to Tim.

Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)

I had a light fixture in our living room replaced. Columbus Ohio did it within 24 hours of my request and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them to friends.

So far so good on the electrical work, but very poor rating for the mess they left behind. Huge chunks of mud left all over my laundry room and the large staples from previous electrical panel could have ruined my sweeper had I not seen them first!!! Please wear covers on your shoes and treat other people’s home with respect.

These guys did an great job!!! I had a small project to install recessed lighting in the Livingroom, Kitchen, and 3 Bedrooms.

Tyler came out to review and quote my project. Not only did Tyler provide a quote that was lower than other nearby companies, but he also provided insight into my project and helped me avoid the mistake of installing too many lights. The installation process went quick. The crew was very professional and easy to work with. They installed everything perfectly and ensured no messes were left behind. Lastly, the customer service was great. I worked with Rob to coordinate my project schedule and he went above and beyond to ensure all my questions or concerns were answered.

All in all, Bradley Electric did an quality job at a lower price than other companies.

John responded within a few hours, we had scheduled ceiling fan install for following week, but when I gave my address, he said we will be in that area tomorrow, I’ll send my ETA! Job is done and looks great. Both John and Quinn were professional and did a wonderful job for a great price!

Fantastic service, incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable all at a great price. They are now our go-to Electricians for our home needs.

Called and got a free estimate. Same guy who did the estimate did the install of 4 fans (3 of which had to have everything ran and re-wiring of outlets and switch boxes). Great work at a fair price. Will call them again if I need more work in the future.

Terrible experience. Made several mistakes but were always nice so I had them back.

This time they really messed up damaging my wall and installing a single light switch on a metal two gang box protruding from my wall in a finished room. It was originally a single switch - they cut a hole in my wood wall to put in the horrible metal double gang box. I specifically asked them not to install anything unusual without talking to me. Ignored my instructions.

They promised weeks ago to come back. Even had a workable solution but suddenly withdrew offer to fix it. Hiding behind we had to bring it up to code. No. You do not get to come into other peoples’ home and do whatever you want in the name of code. There were other code solutions that another electrician will have to work.

Very very unprofessional

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

Excellent service hands down! Ken has a really great personality and he's definitely a subject matter expert. He was able to accommodate a scheduling conflict with professionalism and a timeliness turnaround. I'm a happy customer and I approve this message! ?

Romanoff Electric had come by yesterday to check out the outlets in the garage.The electrician was very rude, not helpful at all as he did not tell us anything he was doing, did not ask permission if he could do anything, and clogged around with his wet shoes in our house (it's common courtesy for those working in houses to have those shoe covers to slip over shoes). He at one point went down to the basement on the carpet and started flipping switches and not telling us anything that was going on- again with his wet shoes When he left, he left all the panel doors open that he was working on. Super unprofessional and an encounter like this ruins the day. I hope those evaluating these reviews really take this into consideration and avoid a mistake with this group.
