Very unprofessional..some of the employees are rude...one of the owners does not stick to his words at all...when you give a man your word you are supposed to stick to it by all means necessary...he will tell you one thing and do another....i would not recommend that kind of business to anyone....

I've used Mr Electric for 8 years. Yesterday Ryan installed 10 outdoor lighting fixtures for us. The job site was cleaned completely when he was done. All of the employees I have had to do work have been professional and personable. This company is very service oriented.

Exceptional! Dave and Charles installed five ceiling fans today. One of which was on a tall, slanted ceiling. They did outstanding work! They cleaned up the rooms very well and carried out all the trash. The price was exactly as quoted, even though the job was a bit more difficult than expected. I could not be more satisfied. Highly Recommend!

Scheduled for 12:00 to 2:00 appointment and stated the would text 45 minutes prior to arrival. At close to 2:00 I texted them to ask if they were on there way. They eventually texted back that they were running late and would text me prior to arrival. At 4:00 they texted and said they would have to reschedule.All communications via text had to be initiated by me! Don’t waste your time with these guys. I ended up scheduling with a different contractor.

WARNING ! They did a project for us in Worthington, Ohio. They give you high estimate and THEN add change order on top of it. If you don't agree with their change order, they stop the entire project till you pay for the change order !! absolutely the worse experience !

I had Ralph and his helper Tyler at my house. I had a new panel upgraded an several lights and outlets installed . They were both very courteous and nice. Ralph went out of his way to explain to me exactly what he was doing. He found a few issues and at first I thought he was trying to sell me for more work but that couldn't be further from the truth. He did a safety check an fixed some serious safety issues i had. As somebody that knows nothing about electricity. I feel that I have a grasp on it now. After, Ralph walked me through and explained things very clearly in which I could comprehend. I cant express how thankful I am to him.I will definatly be using Ralph and pti for all my electrical needs. Just FYI he also noticed my bathroom door which has never closed properly.. It hasn't shut for 3 yrs. Since we purchased this place. After he left I realized he fixed the door for us. He didn't mention it or ask to be paid for it. Which i totally would have.Thats just the type of person he is. If your looking for a reliable company that takes pride in their work and whom you can trust. Look no further than Pti Electric. My outdoor switch wasn't working. I had already called three other companies had to leave messages on each call no one ever called back and then I found McCorkle Electric--not only did Ken answer the phone but he came out the same day and repaired my switch. Excellent service,great value,professional and very responsive. I will definitely be calling him again.

Called this company because one of their drivers was speeding through town, driving very aggressively.
Thus, I wanted to let them know, I would never hire them for work. If their people drive like that, they probably work the same way. No way would I hire them.
