Had a non emergency switch replacement done. The electricians, (Ben & John) were very thorough, polite and engaging. They quickly identified the issue and made sure I understood the services. They inspected the house electric and made suggestions without hard selling. I would absolutely recommend and use in the future.

I had a house fire last month. Everyone is safe, but the house is going to need a lot of work. We had an electrician from Efficient come out to restore power to a basement outlet so I could run my irrigation system. On May 26th he said not only did he get the outlet powered, he resorted power to the house for the contractors to use for their power tools while rebuilding the house. I went to the house on 5/27 to plug in my irrigation system and there was no power. I turned on lights throughout the house and still no power. I plugged items in outlets throughout the house and there wasn’t power. So I called and complained. The electrician’s supervisor told me that he did restore power the the whole house and the outlet for my irrigation system. So now I’m very upset. I went to the burned house with a lamp, blender, and iPhone with charger. I made a video of myself plugging everything into the outlet he said had power and plugged the items into outlets throughout the house to PROVE there was no power!!! I decided to get another electrician. The new guy from a different company restored power to the outlet and showed me that the guy from Efficient DIDNT do what he told his supervisor over and over that he did! Every single wire in the fuse box was dangling and none of the wires were labeled. I do not recommend this company at all! They totally lied to everyone involved.

We got off to rough start due to some miscommunications. I was ready to call a different company. But got it scheduled and they sent Christian to do the job. He made me glad I hadn't called another company. He was right on time, professional, helpful and great at his job. Got the job done at fair price. I will definitely call Big City next time I need a qualified electrician.

Great Service! I called a friend of mine and asked for an honest electrician to fix our melted outlet that caused 3 rooms to lose power. I told him if we needed to wait a couple days that we could. He knew our child's room was also without electric. He came right out within an hour! Found out it was just the outlet. I was so worried I was going to get advice that my entire house needed rewired or something. He even vacuumed his mess afterwards. I have never seen a contractor do that. If you are looking for an honest and fast electrician this is the guy. Thank you a ton Glen you are awesome.

All Star Electric provided reasonable cost for repairing outdoor electrical outlet. Workers arrived on time, completed their work and cleaned up debris before leaving. They were polite and efficient.

They are a VERY big company and communication can be challenging. Their work is definitely five star if they can iron out communication with their residential customers. I don't know what the commercial side of the house is like.

Ralph came out to install and repair 2 fans on our back patio. He was awesome. I had a great experience dealing with this business and I will be using them again in the near future.
