I have used Jess Howard's services several times. They are worth the wait - it may be a few weeks, but they do a great job and are consistently well priced vs the competition. I highly recommend them.

They did good, gave a really high quote for a job though. We got the work done 50% less than the bid jess Howard gave. Still, they are professional and do great work.

They are a VERY big company and communication can be challenging. Their work is definitely five star if they can iron out communication with their residential customers. I don't know what the commercial side of the house is like.

Widows beware! Please heed my warning. They charge $600 an hour in labor now I guess.

I had them out to fix a light fixture for my mother because I've been working longer hours then normal. Turned out to be a problem that just needed a new light switch. They were here for ten minutes tops and charged $123.56. $3.56 for the switch, and $120 in labor. Didn't give us a quote or a bill at the time of service, sent one out yesterday. I can see why they did that now. What a joke. Thank you so much Jess Howard for showing you take advantage of widows. Never again.

Jason and Jayden were very professional and friendly. They quickly identified the problem with a loose wire in a light switch and restored our power. I would highly recommend using Jess Howard Electric!

Very professional. Merlin and Judd were the two electrician that I worked with. Both were very knowledgeable and explained in detail what was needed. They were very quick with the job. Afterwards they took extra effort to clean up after themselves. True craftsmanship from start to finish... Highly recommended

True Honesty. I woke up one morning without electric to half of my house. The problem was isolated to an outdoor situation. I originally made the mistake of calling Mr. Electric, which said to solve my problem, all of my outdoor eclectic wiring needs replaced and it would be greater than $2500.00. I then called Jess Howard solved my outdoor electric situation, after their inspection, found the true problem and fixed it for $128.10. I was very impressed with their professionalism.

Not really happy with this company. 1st the positive, they were on time. Now the not so positive. Needed wiring done for a jetted tub, so had someone come out to tell me it was going to be 2 people for 2 hours. Well, the electicians came out, while the contractors were here installing the tub and it took them less than 40 minutes, if that. Then the gfc was not placed in the right area according to the contractor which led to a he said, he said scenario. So the contractor had to take his time to re do the gfc. So contacted Jess Howard to let them know about it. Then I had to contact them about the face plate not being flush because of the gfc. They did.come out and fixed it in a timely manner. In my opinion, I feel I was overcharged for the time they were here. But since I signed a contract and they did put the wiring in, they weren't willing to do anything about it. Great customer service. I would not recommend them for smaller jobs. Also, this is my opinion and how I saw the situation. I gave it 2 stars for showing up on time.

Made an appointment last week for a technician to come out (BTW, Jess Howard's home office is about 10 miles away from my house), and was told a tech would be here between 9:00-12:00. Got a phone call at 12:30 from the tech and was told he couldn't be here until 1:30-2:30. Seriously?
Losing my business will not affect Jess Howard's bottom line one iota, but after taking the day off to wait.....and wait......and wait.....to be told to wait some more is unacceptable.

I had an exterior emergency recently with heavy rain in the way. The overnight electrician (Rob) returned my call and even spoke directly to AEP to better understand what was needed. The following day Chuck was sent and did an awesome job, so efficient with quality results! Overall a 5 star experience.

Really nice technician. He found the problems after doing some testing. We'll need to have them out again to finish up.. He remembered being out here before when they put in an outlet for an electric dryer.

Although Jess Howard is a big company that does work way more profitable than my residence, I have found them to be the go-to people for matters small or bigger -- with comfort that they have my best interests at heart -- in terms of safety and cost.

When something's not right or I need something new, I call them with confidence of caring and affordable service.

This is buy far the leading electrical tech company in ohio. They don't provide actually electric service they trouble shoot and repair. They also do complete new development projects and major work for state and city.
