Rhett and Zack came to our house and identified the problem, they were very professional yet kind and they were even able to fix our panel and outlet in the same day. This really was great because we didn’t have to worry about it anymore or be nervous until they came back. They did a great job, it’s been over a week and everything works perfectly. We were looking for a company to replace our panel box for two months with no luck. Had companies come in for estimates who never called us back and some companies that never showed up. We called Quality Electric who's gave us an estimate over the phone and within a week installed our new panel box for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any electrical project you might have. The technician was very friendly, professional and honest. Fantastic company and plan on using them in the future!

Mike McPherson was awesome! There's never a convenient time to lose power, having a newborn with an electric heater in below zero weather was definitely not an ideal time. I called Mr. Electric and explained the issue and Mike quickly came out and installed a new Meter Box the same day, mind you in freezing weather. He was very courteous and displayed the company Moto/slogen that I read on his van a neighborly company. I also appreciate that prior to Mike coming I received an email with his picture to ensure the person knocking on my door was the right person. There was a sticker shock at first when I received the quote, but it was in line with what I found for the expected cost for the service and worth it to have my power back so quick and the quality of the service received.

I initially called Big City for a panel upgrade and installation of a hot tub disconnect. Their quote beat every competitor by several hundred dollars.

Unfortunately my hot tub delivery has been delayed several times, but Big City has been very patient and accommodating. I recently also had to have some HVAC work done at my home and had to upgrade wiring for the AC. Big City was able to add this work to the job on short notice.

On installation day David, Anthony and Jerry came out and were very professional in their work. In about 4 hours they were able to upgrade our panel, ran the new wiring for the AC and did the initial install work for the hot tub disconnect. They also left the area cleaner they when they arrived.

Once my hot tub arrives I will have them to come out and finish the installation. In the future I plan to use them for my electrical needs.

Harris Electrical did quite a bit of work for our kitchen renovation - installing recessed lighting/fixtures, updating/relocating outlets and updating our panel in our almost 100 year old home. Amazing job, super nice guys and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Waibel always does a fantastic job. We've had them out to install electricity for our hot tub, and for moving our over-the-range microwave to its own circuit so we'd stop blowing the power every time we had the microwave and vacuum running at the same time. Waibel is always prompt, professional, and quality.

They did a TON of work around our home: outdoor ceiling fan, outdoor outlets, outdoor overhead lights, outdoor outlets and HDMI outlet, recessed lighting in the basement, separated light zoes on new switches, installed 2, 220 wired heaters in our garages. Awesome communication, great prices for extraordinary work. Would highly recommend.

PTI is excellent. They gave me a quote for a full service upgrade to replace my old Pushmatic Panel and exterior service. Price was fair and they were always upfront about materials and labor costs to do the job. I have included some before/after pictures here so people can see their work. They did an absolutely wonderful job. All the work was completed in one day. I'm truly blown away by their service and their expert work. Horrible company! Had them come out for a small issue and they tried to tell me I needed 6k worth of fixes. I called another electrican for a second opinion and I was told that the information I was given by KMA was inaccurate and that I in fact did not need a new panel box. They also fixed the other issues I had within a few minutes, because KMA could not fix them. KMA is not a good company.Replying to your response:I am in fact a real customer, but did not want to post my name for privacy reasons.Long story short the guy who came out to my house was not even capable of fixing a GFI plug and also told me I needed a new panel box. I told him I had just bought my house and my spouse had just died. Long story short my guess is not only was he trying to take advantage of me, but he also did not know what he was doing. The GFI plug was in upside down, per the second electrician I had come out.I did not wish to call the company because i was upset. Also, would like to point put it took you 5 months to respond.

Matt was great all around, very knowledgeable and great communication. Customer service is clearly their top priority. I wish I could remember the techs that came to do the jobs names. They were so great at their job and just all around good people.
