We had Zack in to install a dimmer switch and check some electrical issues. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We plan to have him back to install some new lighting fixtures.

I needed new smoke detectors and a new electrical box. What started out to be a 6 hour job turned into 3 days. It was discovered that some of the wires had started to burn and under the old box, it wasn’t tripping to alert me to this. This was an eventual fire that could have destroyed my home and possibly hurt me. I am so grateful that the electrician took his job seriously and took his time to rectify the situation. I would say he’s a lifesaver. Yes, I would highly recommend this company.

Our master bedroom circuit was not working. Waited several weeks for another electrician to make his way to our house, and I finally gave up waiting. I called Big City Electric a little after 8 AM, and they had a technician at our house by 9:15 AM! Christian troubleshooted the problem, and found that a ceiling fan in the adjacent loft area was the problem- tripping the arc fault breaker. Christian was very courteous, friendly and professional. Highly recommend Christian and Big City Electric. Will definitely call them again for future projects/issues that I cannot solve.

Keith installed 3 ceiling fans and a small light feature. One of the ceiling fan required a 12 ft ladder which was not a problem for Keith. We encountered a problem with the small light feature, but because Keith was knowledgeable about his job he was able to make it happen. KAP Electric has reasonable prices compared to others, dependable and dedicated to doing a good job. I would highly recommend KAP Electric for any electrical work. I have the number locked in my phone for my next project.

This company is amazing. I called today regarding our foyer light. It was not working. Hooked up to same switch as upstairs lights that were working. Ended up being a loose wire in one of upstairs lights causing issue downstairs. He was quick and fit me in this morning. Reasonable price! He even fixed a cracked plate upstairs. I would highly recommend this company!

They helped with a home sale. Fixed and remedied all items. Prices and service was great. Will def use them in the future for any electrical item. They were about 1/2 the price as the big company.

Used Accurate to restore power to my swimming pool pump. Very responsive and the tech were great. Minor problem after they left, but they came back and made everything right. Highly recommend!

This company (Bradley) gave price but advised I first contact my electric provider since they would possibly remedy at no cost to me. Bradley Electric was correct to advise this and my electricity provider fixed the issue. Bradley Electric is an honest company.

Brandi was phenomenal. All other electricians quoted us at a much higher price to replace our electrical panel box and had a wait list months out. Jeremy took care of us right away, and while Brandi and the other gentleman were working they kept us posted the entire time. Waibel always does a fantastic job. We've had them out to install electricity for our hot tub, and for moving our over-the-range microwave to its own circuit so we'd stop blowing the power every time we had the microwave and vacuum running at the same time. The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

We had several trees removed and several of the outdoor lighting fixture were no longer needed. John and Nate removed the fixtures and were able to cap off the underground wiring so that the fixtures can be used when we replace the landscaping in the spring. Just had service for an issue in my garage. Technician was extremely nice and worked quickly to figure out the issues I was having. Will use them again.

One of their decal laden pickups tried to run me off the road today. Admittedly, I'm still a little heated, but using the company car to push around smaller vehicles doesn't seem like a good business model. Fortunately nobody was hurt, and there is no need to involve police. However it feels like safety should be a bigger concern for those who work with electricity.
