Best Electric Panel Replacement in Columbus OH

This is my third time calling Safe Electric. They do a wonderful job! They have replaced switches, upgraded my panel and installed a dedicated line for my fireplace. It’s going to cost you but it’s well worth it to have good work and peace of mind. Tom and Reece did the work and they were professional and friendly.

Dude was working on lights in my store and couldn't get me pricing in a week then decided to not take the job anymore. Really left me hanging.

VERY SHADY company! I would give zero stars if I could. Just spoke with this company this morning to see about having electric for a sign repaired. The rep told me over the phone (call center) that they could be out today - and there would be no charge. They would find out why it wasn't working and give me an estimate for repair (all for no charge). I could then decide if I wanted them to do the work. I waited for them to arrive - and within less than 5 minutes of the electrician arriving, he quickly informed me I would owe them $255 min for the first hour just to diagnose the problem. What? What happened to Free or no charge?? A call to his supervisor (Mike) -- who very flippantly informed me the charge was correct. Out the door they went. Not a good way to do business. Time to find a reputable electrician -- without the bait and switch business practices. Save yourself the time. Call another electrician. Buyer beware!

Christian and Mike were efficient and friendly. Our new dining room chandelier turned out perfect. Would definitely recommend!

KAP Electric did an awesome job today in our home. We had updated light fixtures installed, outlets and GFI units and as well new LED Bulbs. They have great quality of work performed and very reasonable pricing. We'll be doing more business and updates in the future with KAP!!

This company already did 3 jobs in my house and I'm saving for the fourth one . They are professional, friendly, respectfull, clean and always ready to help with something else if it occurred while they are there. I lost partial power at my home and called 2 electricians. The first was willing to make an appointment but refused to give price. This company (Bradley) gave price but advised I first contact my electric provider since they would possibly remedy at no cost to me. Bradley Electric was correct to advise this and my electricity provider fixed the issue. Bradley Electric is an honest company.

I'm highly disappointed. They missed their appointment and didn't even bother to call. I called to see what was going on after the appointment time slot and was told I would get a call back. I never received a call so I called again. I can't seem to get any answers.

I called around 7 am and by 9:30 am Austin arrived and checked out the clogged drain issue. He told me what was wrong and gave estimates on fixes. Within 2 hours the plumbing lines were running well. Thank you for your help! I will definitely use them again.
