Be using Dan and his team for sometime now. They did a room addition for me. Wiring, fixtures, panel and such. Price was right in the ballpark and on schedule. I have worked with Dan for over 30 years on projects and he is always the first person I call. Sometimes he may not have time but I definitely give him the first option to bid. My company uses them for commercial work and I love working with them. Their work is good and the pricing is fair. They usually are able to fit us in when we have emergency, although sometimes they are backed up. Everyone is easy to work with and highly communicative which is very important to me.

We had lights flickering in the master bedroom & bath. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and the problem was solved by replacing light switches.

DIY basement renovation except for electric, which I don't DIY. :-) Got a quote from Mr. Electric and it was $5K for basic tasks (run electric lines to new lights, receptacles and switches, correct some code-related issues with previous owners' janky/dangerous wiring, install a whole-house surge protector, etc.). Lo and behold, we discover our estimator from Mr. Electric was on commission -- so it was no surprise when Jason from Big City came out and quoted us the work that we actually needed to have done at half the price. All the recommendations Jason made for our project were spot-on -- he could have gouged and up-sold us, but he helped us achieve our vision for the least amount of cost possible. That's the mark of a true professional, and what seals the deal for us as customers. From general manager Jason to owner David to our crew who did the work (Dave and Anthony), we experienced the kind of world-class treatment we would expect from a locally-owned business that takes integrity seriously. The quality of the work was superb. Dave and Anthony are professionals through and through, and they treated our home as though it were their own. They patiently explained to us what they were doing and why. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We'll never use another electric company -- we're Big City customers for life. Thank you gentlemen and the rest of your staff. We are SO happy!!!

Keith at KAP Electric was great to work with. He wired up our basement when we had it finished and ran an outlet for an EV to our garage. He was very easy to work with, punctual, and had fair pricing. I have recommend him to friends and family.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Don't want to give even one Star as this company sent out two technicians to my home, they looked over the work I needed them to perform, told me that they would go back and talk with their Service Manager and then they would be in contact about scheduling/advising about the service. 3+ weeks went by and nothing, so I emailed the person who had set up the original appointment and their reply was that they were very sorry and this is not how they do business. They also said that they spoke to the Service Manager and I should have something within a week.

As I write this, it's been over two more weeks since my last reply from them and still nothing. I hope that this not the way this or any company thinks is a proper way to do business. Though I am finding out in trying to upgrade a home that there isn't a lot of Customer Service being provided in the business world today......and no one wants to earn money as I am finding I can't give it away......

Great Company! Tyler's a Boss and knows his craft. Took time to teach a Ford Senior Master technician a little about 2 and 3 way switches. Always more to learn!

We had two of the nicest guys out here today. They replaced the weather head , a new upgraded breaker panel and a new outlet. Very efficient and clean project. Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. Will call PTI again for any and all issues or new work; I highly recommend Joe and his company!

They were tasked to add new pendant lights with dimmer to the kitchen and add power to my new gazebo, new switch, outlets, etc.

Previously, I had an electrician come over for an estimate and stated that this task was not possible due to the way the house was built.

With a great attitude and professionalism, the team executed and completed not just one task but both of them on the same day. They paid good attention to detail and kept me informed of everything happening throughout the process.
