Caleb and Eric did a great job with our electric needs. Caleb helped us with a lighting problem we have had for well over a year. He knows what he is doing! We also had two complicated fans to install and replace and it was done quickly without any problems. The one other thing I will say about this company - we have had several different people from Safe Electric in our house. They are professional, good at what they do, courteous, and what stands out to me - happy. Every one of them has been a pleasure to have in our home. I couldn't recommend them more.

Came out when they said they would. Helped diagnose problem and fixed it on the spot. Very responsive to my questions, explained everything that was wrong, and most importantly repaired what was needed.

Confident Electric provides truly expert service. There are people who know a lot, and then there are experts--the electricians here are emphatically the latter. Not only that, they are a pleasure to work with. They deserve five stars, absolutely!

So glad I found this company which is my new electrical contractor of choice. I had a ceiling fan installed today, the cost was reasonable, the electrician was prompt and on time, wore boot covers while here, courteous, and the quality of work (cleanup, etc) was great. This is the type of company that I like to do business with for years to come. Highly recommend!!!

Great service, fast, knowledgeable and professional.

Had some issues for 6 months, my internet and tv service was randomly going out for 6 months. Eventually they found that the ground wire was feeding back voltage into the ground wire, which melted my service cables, so I needed an electrician. And eventually led to my lights flickering and my washer and furnace having a hard time kicking on.

Called AEP and and after they looked over the issue with my meter told me that it was my responsibility. ( Beware any insurance does not cover meter repair for electricity).

Called a couple places and got the run around and most had secretaries that answered the phone and could not diagnose my problem or give a quote (not that I was expecting one over the phone).

Called Big City and David (owner/operator) answered my call and asked for pictures and gave me a quote on a Friday (over the phone) and sent someone out to repair my issues with in 2 hours.

Turns out after they showed my the problem my neutral cable had melted due to corrosive terminals in my power meter, which AEP had explained to me prior to them coming to fix the problem.

Good honest service and fair price. They were about $300 dollars cheaper than most others that did give me a ball park estimate.

Couldnt be happier besides a little shorter in the wallet. But with a 1 year warranty Im satisfied.

The best part is the quote you get is the price you'll pay, no extra hidden fees tax, extra parts, we need to come back, more hours etc. with other companies Ive had in the past with other home repairs.

Bob was great! He was responsive, on time (even a little early which I prefer), and willing to work with our needs. I will definitely use Bob again for future electrical needs.

Daniel responded to my text and showed up shortly after. He diagnosed the issue (that was missed by a previous electrician) within a few minutes, replaced a part, and brought power back to our lives!
He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He talked us through exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it. Couldn't be happier.

Randy and Mike showed up on time and ready to go. They took the time to make sure i understood all options since the install was more complex first thought.

They were fair with the pricing and both friendly and professional. We had to do a bit of sweeping insulation afterwards but would recommend and use them again.

Converse did a great job.Tracked down the issue and resolved it quickly. Todd was very nice and explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it.

Matt was great all around, very knowledgeable and great communication. Customer service is clearly their top priority. I wish I could remember the techs that came to do the jobs names. They were so great at their job and just all around good people.

James is a true professional. He came on time and completed our fan installation in a timely manner. He explained the new function of the fan and even took time out to look at a second fan. We will definitely use this service again

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

The assigned tech was Tyler. Excellent service, excellent value - A++. Tyler was polite, professional, worked diligently, kept me informed, ask for guidance at the rights times, provided good options for work to be done, was punctual, kept a clean job site, swept and mopped before he left, and left no indicia of his visit other than the work that was done.
