Finding an electrical company like Heredia Electric is hard nowadays. From the 1st initial contact via/phone to meeting in person their extremely attentive and punctual. Gianni the is the best electrician I’ve used in a long time. As a realtor I’m constantly referring different trades to clients and Gianni is one of the best. They’ve also done work on my personal house and couldn’t be happier. Very responsive, professional, and pricing is very fair.

This company is a scam 69 dollars for them to drive to the location and then 600 + just to tell you what the issue is actual repair is extra that is unreasonable for sure!! so here is how the story ends new electrician Not GB Electrical came by charged 69 which was taken off the entire job no 600 for a diagnosis just fixed the issue for 500 and did a great job this place is bait and switch for sure

Professional, knowledgeable and he is an extremely nice guy. The price was fair and the quality of work was exceptional. Going forward, I will not use anyone else for electrical work.

The electricians themselves are great, the owner and secretary are unprofessional. The warranty is a joke and they will charge you a service fee and hourly rate even if the product/job is under warranty. We spent a lot of money with them on a reno and then they charged service fees to come fix their faulty work that was under warranty. The electrician who is their employee even had to go to bat for us and argue that we should not be paying anything. Part of the hourly charge we were charged for included the electrician going to the store to grab a part. We paid our fees and thanked the electrician, but we will never be using them again. The customer does not come first with this company.
