Had a technician come out in August to do an inspection. They just said that it's low on frion and needs to be refilled every 3 years so I paid $300 for frion. There was no mention of any other issues that could cause the problem. Now the same issue is happening 6 months later where a new technician (from a different company) came out and said that there is a leak and 0 frion left. I called Michael and Son's back because I was upset that they would just fill the frion without mentioning the possibility for a leak. It was not stated anywhere in the report that their technician recommended a leak inspection and they never did. Not only were Michael and Sons unwilling to give me any sort of ball park estimate on what a leak inspection would cost, they also refused to waive a dispatch fee if I was willing to pay for the inspection. I got no sense that they value customer service or empathize with my situation. Where I would have originally recommended them, I am now extremely disappointed in their service.

Did a very nice job cleaning our gas fireplace. Arrived on time and was very clean and courteous. Good value.

Always have a great experience with Khris. He is always available in a timely manner! He came out to look at our machine and replace a part that was under warranty, and didn't even charge a service fee. Will definitely use again!!

I had lost power to an entire wall in my house. Nothing from outlets or wall switch, which also controlled the porch light. After reaching out to friends, I had an electrician come out to take a look. Seemed like a decent individual, but weeks stretched out to months without seeing or hearing back. After calling and being told he would call me right back...nothing. My patience exhausted, I checked online and decided to call Mister Electric of Gastonia, due to their favorable reviews. Boy, what a different and positive experience! I got a specific appointment day/time, a call when they were 30 minutes away and an arrival exactly when indicated. After diagnosing, the problem was identified (along with some unrelated items which were not up to code). A quote was provided, which I readily signed. That's when Daniel and Paul went to work. Problem resolved completely, within the quote, along with the comfort of some outdated equipment being brought up to code. My entire experience was exceptional. I found Daniel, Paul and later Dakota, to be exceedingly professional, friendly and highly skilled. If anyone has electrical issues, feel free to ask a friend and good luck to you. As for me, I'm calling Mister Electric of Gastonia!

As a result of such a positive experience, I contacted Mister Electric of Gastonia a second time, to address some electrical projects I've had on the back burner for awhile. The response was again timely, the quality of work excellent and my satisfaction complete. Daniel, Paul and Dakota, you are the best...thank you again!

Called for them to reinstall a light that had fallen and they said someone would call me back. I waited 2 days for a call and didn’t receive one. I called back and they said since I didn’t receive a call back they must be too busy to help me out and I should call some where else to get help. Awesome business practice there!

It's nice to work with someone that understands the meaning of excellent service. I wish that I had found ARC long ago. Great work. I highly recommend this company.
