Bibby us great and I can't imagine using another electrician in Charlotte. He is always responsive and has a reasonable schedule where he is able to get to our projects quickly as opposed to scheduling 4-6 weeks out like other companies. Bobby and his team do great work!

I have utilized Viva Electric for a couple of projects in the past month, and both experiences were beyond exceptional. After just moving in to an older home and having a couple questions about things, Kris and Bill came out and did a walk around with me to check out all areas of concerns that I had and provided me with a lot of great information and options for upgrades in the future moving forward. Then as we updated our kitchen appliances, I needed to convert a 240 over to 120. With just a day before inspections, I called and Tommy was able to come out and take care of us in no time. He was professional and courteous allowing me to watch the process and learn a little something along the way. I cannot recommend these guys enough, I will certainly be reaching out to them for more projects in the future!

Jack communicated in a timely fashion, updating me via text before he arrived and when he needed to leave and get more parts. He went above and beyond in the repair job: Not only fixing the issue in a timely fashion but even installing a few extra clips to hold a loose line in place unrelated to the job at hand, free of charge. Really appreciated his knowledge, professionalism, and timeliness.

Dom and his team was very professional. They did an excellent job and explained things very well along every step. We also appreciate how he cleaned up all of the debris when the job was finished. We highly recommend his services.

Technician Daron was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and contacted Duke Energy. Provided information and signed us up for their safety and savings plan on the spot. Good experience!

I was just going to move on but since they have emailed me 3-4 times in the past month for an appointment on Jan 15 2018.. I guess I should share my brief experience. The positive is the technician showed up quickly.. They have a policy that they will charge you $200 the moment they commence looking at your project. And they even go as far to disclaim that there is a chance they will not be able to perform the task you need and that you will still have to pay the $200. This routine seems pretty rehearsed and probably has been required by some attorney.

My technician looked at the front door light fixture and sure enough said it needed to be replaced and there was nothing he could do.. but that he would be happy to come back out to charge me another $200 to install the fixture once I have purchased it.

The lesson here is if you have any light fixture that you think is faulty.. the best plan is to go to Lowe’s/Home Depot/etc. and purchase a replacement.. they usually come with the installation. If it turns out the project doesn’t require the new fixture, you just return it. But at least you will have a reliable electrician that comes with the Lowe’s/ Home Depot stamp of approval who will assess your needs and not Overcharge you for what amounts to a 2 minute decision that they couldn’t help you.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but perhaps this will teach the Father and Son to use more discretion which previous clients to hound for public feedback.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jabril sorry if spelled wrong. Was first told the problem wouldnt be fixed until monday or possibly later. But he and the electric company was able to find a fix and got me up and running. I am trully grateful what was done especially at a time like this during the world wide pandemic. So thank you again for your service!!!

Reliable and very dependable. I had clients that just closed on their home and the builder was not responsive. He came over on short notice, on the weekend to make the repair for my clients. He will get all my business going forward

Great experience working with Tony. We needed a new hot water heater installed and some minor electrical work. He gave us the best quote and was able to knock the job out very quickly for us.
