Best System Upgrades in Charlotte NC

Our water main broke during the snowstorm and we were without water while Charlotte water dragged it's feet and allowed thousands of gallons to pour out into the street. Ryan from Mr. Rooter saved us. He and his counterpart promptly got an excavator and dug a trench to repair the main pipe. He was extremely courteous and friendly and they finished the job with minimal collateral damage to our yard. Really happy with the speed and communication from Ryan and his team.

Janay and Alexis were phenomenal in scheduling my appointment and answering any questions I had over the phone. The Hristo and Ivan showed up punctually and were quick to rule out any leaks. They looked at all the toilets to verify they are working properly. With their email verifying the findings, I'll be able to reach back out to the water company to dispute the tripling of my bill. Definitely would use IRV again!

We have used Toliny several times since we moved to our new house. Our experience with them is great and we would recommend them to anybody who needs fair price and quality. last time we called them was actually this morning when our water heater stopped working and we had no hot water. We have two young children so we needed to fix it ASAP but there is usually a problem getting someone on Sunday morning especially with a freezing temperatures. Tony came in 45 minutes after we called. He changed the thermo double and we had water again same morning. The prices are always fair. He did not charge any extra for the weekend hours. We know that many companies would charge or just not show up in the weekend except for emergencies. Toliny is just GREAT!

Had a leak in our crawlspace that was coming from inside the walls of our house. Dave and Jon are the experts with the right equipment. By using infrared technology they found the source of the leak, then made a small hole in the ceiling right where the leak was, and fixed it. DO NOT bother with a plumber if you have a mystery leak, these are the right guys to call.
