Great work. Hard to track down problems but he sleuthed it out. In the end had to replace the main panel and meter and ground counterpoise Difficult job. Great workmanship.

We had a huge project that involved rewiring the entire home (don’t ask), adding an alarm system, adding indoor and outdoor lights, and adding electricity to a guest house. Bates got the job done way faster than I thought and the quality of work was great, I checked.

I needed an electrician capable of installing two ceiling fans in two separate rooms in my home that did not already have a central fixture built in either of them. Roman was a true professional and sized up the job during my initial call and was able to find time to come by for the installation later during that same day (huge plus)! Additionally, one of my rooms didn’t have a joist or beam running directly through the center of the room so Roman was able to install a support bracket to properly support the fan. Quality of work was top notch and I am very happy with the finished installation in both rooms. Highly recommend his services for electrical work.

The lady and older guy who handle the scheduling are very straightforward, if not a little grumpy. However, the actual electrician who came out was nice enough and seemed to know what he was doing. He did a nice job installing some lights and cleaned up when he was done. I was charged $85 on top of the quote I got, which I was not thrilled about, but at least the job was done right. Overall it seems to be a decent company.

These guys run a great business. I have had thousands of dollars in work done by them between multiple electrical, HVAC and plumbing projects and not once have I had a single issue with a technician, any service, or their billing department. Highly recommend.

Had IRV plumbing out today to replace a wax ring on the toilet downstairs that was leaking. Malik was super helpful, explained everything along the way, and was super organized/respectful. Would 100% use IRV going forward!

Called a few days before Thanksgiving 2019 to discuss repairing a chandelier that had come loose from the ceiling box attachment. Johnathon answered the phone and said he would get to me before Thanksgiving. Daniel came the day before Thanksgiving (earlier than I expected) was personable and completed the repair successfully. I will use this company again should I have additional electrical work.

Paul from Bates Electric was great. He came out and looked at the issue on short notice. He fixed the problem fast.
