I'd heard all the rave reviews on White Electric on the Tesla Facebook groups. I hit up them and 2 others when trying to get my Tesla Wall Charger installed.

John was the first to respond. His response was super detailed and included examples of his work. He helped steer me into the right direction on what exactly I needed. He had a full schedule, but I was flexible in time. So one afternoon just a few days later he texted me and then about an hour later showed up for the install.

John's attention to detail is well above anyone that has ever shown up for any job at my house. From cleaning up debris as he went to making sure every single screw was torqued to the exact specs. Along with the install he did all the permit request and scheduled the inspection for me. So smooth and easy.

He gave me instructions to quickly get a full rebate from Duke energy so the cost of the charger and install was basically free. He walked me through the process to get the rebate and has answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. I can't say enough good things. Give him a call if you have an EV. He installed a 60amp breaker vs a 50amp. My EV has not arrived yet. My son brought his Tesla 3 over the other day and plugged in. He was very excited about how quickly he was adding driving miles per hour on “my” charger and nickel! About a 30% increase over his 50amp NEMA outlet setup at his house. Don’t hesitate to have John install your EV charging station.

I had a Tesla wall charger installed by White Electric and can't say enough about how good my experience was with John and White electric. He responded immediately to my inquiry on his website and spent lots of time on the phone explaining my options and potential costs. I wasn't ready to install at the time but a few weeks later called him back and he again responded quickly. He was always on time to provide estimates as well as work.

Our job ended up being a little more complicated than initially thought due to some poor work on our electric panel from the previous owner. John moved breakers around and corrected the previous mess making our panel safer and cleaner. Even though this took him extra time he was very professional and stuck to his initial estimate.
