Dante was on time, knowledgeable and took time to answer all our questions.

I called when I discovered we had partial power after getting home from at 6pm. Travis was there within an hour and within 6 hours we had a brand new electrical box. He came back today and continued working for us. I had a question and he answered right away. I would totally recommend on time electrical!

I had 4 exterior light fixtures installed and thought Bobby did a great job until a few months later...

One light stopped working and 2 others were finicky so I asked Bobby to come back and check them out because Livewire has a customer satisfaction guarantee. After 5 follow up texts/calls, he finally showed up and acted very annoyed and was extremely unprofessional. He stated that my lights were bad quality and after looking at the broken light, he showed me it was full of water. This was interesting to me because the day he was here to install them, he had to run to a home improvement store to buy waterproof casings to stop them from getting water in them and this was something we paid extra for.

He then started blaming the issue on the gutters which were in the same shape they were in the last time he was here. And why was this not brought up during the initial installation if it could have posed a problem? He angrily agreed to check the other lights and then said I would have to pay an additional $120 for the service fee to have him check his work which I refused to pay. While checking the rest of the lights, he took leaves out of my gutters and started throwing them aggressively in my yard and said I was wasting his time. How unprofessional?!?! I asked him to leave.

A few weeks later, I had a different electrician come and he confirmed that Bobby's job was not done fully or correctly. Without issues, he was able to repair the lights and showed me that Bobby did not screw in the lights properly and he never installed the waterproof casing that we paid extra for.

Please do not use this company. I was shocked and very disappointed.

Your comment back really shows your professionalism. This was not an issue with the gutters and I had a much more dependable and knowledgeable electrician show me all the areas where you cut corners. Very sub-par job from an experienced electrician.

Excellent service, gave an estimate that was valid. The installation was a specialty item that he was qualified to install, which went precisely as expected. Very personable. We would use Gianni Electric service in the future.

Just wanted to say that I have a regular electrician that I absolutely love but was unable to make it and I couldn't wait 7 weeks to rewire the switch outlets I needed to install some smart switches. Ronnie showed up and realized that the issue I was having wasn't as clear cut as we thought and definitely needed some electrical expertise. After rewiring and installing these smart switches, I was able to program them and secure them on my home network and they are functioning as intended. We are having him back in 3 weeks to finish the rest of the house once the remaining switches arrive. Ronnie is now my second favorite electrician and will be using him and highly recommending him to everyone in the Charlotte area who needs a dependable, reasonable and properly priced electrician.

Mr. Gordon was amazing! Arrived on time and completed the work quickly! I was very impressed by his professionalism and how personable and friendly he was! Rates are affordable and the service is first class! I would highly recommend you use KG3 for all your electrical needs! I plan to hire him again for my home updates and if I run into any electrical issues moving forward!

Could not be happier with the service. Had a small electrical fire which disabled half of my house electrically. Called 15 to 20 electricians. No one could come out said they were all too busy. Father and son said they were booked but would try to get somebody out as soon as possible. Within 20 minutes they had called me with a free electrician who came out immediately. He assessed the problem fixed it and was gone in record time. I highly recommend Father and son electrical for any electrical needs. pricing was fair. I would have paid 223 times what they charged to get this service taken care of. Very happy with my service.

I worked Watson a few years ago as a helper, the job wasn’t bad at first. Work was good, but once the months continue treatment did too. As projects got hard so did pressure. Hours were also good at first then thing declined. I been in the Electrical field prior to Watson and made a lot more money with other company’s but once my main Forman quit, Forman by the name of Parker stepped in and let his ego take over. The issue was brought to Matt’s attention but nothing happened. With threats of no lunch, being left for the shuttle while being on time and trying to take away hours/pay for personal reasons that had nothing to do with the employees working(wasn’t just me) with that being said I removed myself from the job and found a great job that treats me like a great employee that I am. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst opportunity at all but no employee deserves to be mistreated on any job. Had to share my experience.

We hired Toliny Plumbing&Electric to install a tankless water heater in early 2022. Tony was professional and knew what he was doing. We are very satisfied with the unit. However, the unit had error code showing up in Jan 2023 so we had to call Tony. Tony came immediately and spent the time coordinating with the manufacturer's tech support over the phone for the troubleshooting that is required for the warranty. He came again couple days after with the part and got the issue fixed quickly. We have worked with him twice and always great results with good follow through.

Highly recommend Zapp Electric! We quoted three different electricians for some upgrades in our home. I had a feeling that one of them may have been trying to gouge us, so I sent their quote to Zapp. Zach from Zapp explained everything to us in a way we could understand without putting the other company down. We decided to go with Zapp after having them recommended by someone else. They installed a whole new inside panel and some new outlets. We also had some issues since our house was built in 1959, and they worked extra heard to troubleshoot them for us. If you're looking for a fair, hard-working, and responsible electrician, look no further.

Updated on 5/25/22: Zapp installed an outdoor outlet in advance of our tankless water heater installation. Last night, the plumber got the water heater installed, but the outlet didn't have power. This was discovered around 8pm. I called Zach from Zapp to let him know, and he said he would be at our house in about 30 minutes since he was in Cherryville. Next thing I know, his counterpart Eric pulls up in our driveway. This was about 5 minutes after my phone call to Zach! Eric diagnosed the issue, it turned out to be a faulty ground fault outlet. He had it fixed in about 10 minutes. So from the time I called Zach to having the issue corrected was less than 30 minutes!

My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.

Very disappointed with this company's overall performance. I hired them to take care of a home inspection report for the sale of my home. They estimated $1535 for two days work, worked only one day, and still charged me $1535. Several of the items that were estimated to be replaced, upon inspection, required a less than five minute repair or no repair at all. Nonetheless, I was charged the same. Although they were prompt and courteous, I feel like I paid dearly for that. By my calculation, I paid about $100 an hour for their labor, which I think is outrageous.

A re-inspection of their repairs showed that the repairs were not satisfactory. I had to pay another company $550 to complete the work in time to close on the sale.

Also, I did not like the fact that they offered a $25 discount if the customer would write a review on their website. They actually got on the computer with me before they left to start the review. It felt very much like their 5 Star Rating was being purchased.

I would NOT recommend this company.
