After attempting to get 3 different electricians over to fix thermal damage lines for my light fixture, I finally got in touch with On Time Electrical. Contacted on Friday at 4:30 and had Brad Center come over on Monday at 4:30. He evaluated my situation, gave me a quote, and said he will get it in the schedule as soon as possible. He called me 10 minutes after leaving to let me know that I was scheduled to have the job completed on Thursday morning. He came by today (8/20/20) at 9:15 in the morning and completed the job for exactly what was quoted in less than an hour. He had to go up to the attic and get some undamaged cable and cleaned up the damage and the exposed wires very well! Incredibly happy with the service and the friendliness of Brad.

Bobby with Livewire was amazing! He answered my initial call right away, quoted a price on the spot, and followed through. He kept me updated via text about his arrival time and completed the work very quick! He was an excellent value. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work done in Charlotte!

I had a problem with lights flickering and after another electrician couldn't fix the problem after coming out 4 different times in a span of month, these guys were able to diagnose the problem right away and fix the issue. Highly recommend.

We phoned the company today for our business, Parker Physical Therapy. We had a ballast out on our fluorescent light. They came out same day and were extremely professional and honest. Mike and Tommy Vaughan were the best. I highly recommend them in fact, we asked them to do some work at our home because we were so pleased.

We used Roby’s HVAC service for cleaning and maintenance on outside coils. Appreciated the communication of when the tech would arrive and them showing up when they said they would. Anthony was very friendly, professional, and informative. He didn’t try to oversell anything and really seemed to have the intention of making our current equipment last as long as possible for us. We plan to use their maintenance plan and highly recommend!

Dom and his team did an amazing job! My garage was a mess with 40+ year old electrical. Dom was very transparent and honest about his pricing. He and his team showed up on time and worked late into the night to get everything done on schedule. I really appreciate the extra time they took to label every wire and neatly zip tie all the runs to give it a clean, organized look. I will recommend these guys to all of my friends and family should they need electrical or AV done.

I had these guys to run some Cat 8 cable to the office upstairs and add some recessed lighting. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to make some tricky wire runs without cutting a single hole in the ceiling or walls! And, as an added bonus, they left the place as clean as they found it. I will definitely call them back for any future work.

Excellent service, gave an estimate that was valid. The installation was a specialty item that he was qualified to install, which went precisely as expected. Very personable. We would use Gianni Electric service in the future.

Tom went above and beyond what was expected when we had a residential wiring problem with our HVAC. He was very knowledgeable, and honest. He stands by his work and when we thought something was wrong he came back later in the evening on his own time to make sure that the work he did was correct, which it was.

Had a safety inspection completed over 3 weeks ago. Arranged with the appointment scheduler to meet our realtor on site to let them electrician in, gave the scheduler realtors phone number and was given a window for their arrival. The electrician was almost 2 hours late and didn’t have realtors contact information that was given to scheduler to communicate with. After the inspection, I Was told we’d have report within 3 business days. I called a total of 11 times over the course of these 3 weeks trying to get this report. During those calls, I was directed to different people to help each time, gave my phone number and email multiple times for follow up and wasted so much time on hold only to have to continue to call a few days later as I was never followed up with. I understand everyone is busy right now…but to get this runaround for over 3 weeks to only receive a report with 4 items on it is an unacceptable timeline and unacceptable customer service. We didn’t receive the report back in time before our due diligence period ended for our house purchase. We will certainly NOT be using Bates to make these repairs and would certainly NOT recommend them to anyone.
