Austin the electrician that came out and installed my electric charger was great! He was professional and estimated the time it would take accurately. He did a great job and glad to have my car charger installed. My original electrical panel was too full to change around so he had to do a sub panel. He explained the process and we’ve not had any issues with the charger or the new sub panel.

The front office worker Dave is a pleasure to work with. Extremely nice and considerate. Responds in a timely manner and assisted in the process of scheduling and understanding what needed to be done.

I have utilized Viva Electric for a couple of projects in the past month, and both experiences were beyond exceptional. After just moving in to an older home and having a couple questions about things, Kris and Bill came out and did a walk around with me to check out all areas of concerns that I had and provided me with a lot of great information and options for upgrades in the future moving forward. Then as we updated our kitchen appliances, I needed to convert a 240 over to 120. With just a day before inspections, I called and Tommy was able to come out and take care of us in no time. He was professional and courteous allowing me to watch the process and learn a little something along the way. Coincidentally, on their last day on the job, Luis and his team arrived at our place just after our neighbor had accidentally spilled a large amount of water into our home, (we were away for the day and could not get back to address the problem) but they responded with quick damage control that probably ended up saving us money, and they still managed to finish their work ahead of schedule! The price was very reasonable, and from start to finish Luis exhibited an exceptional combination of professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend Tom as an electrician. He was very helpful in fixing the electrical issues at my house and also helped with another issue I had asked during the time of visit. His prices are very affordable. I think the biggest benefit with Tom is that he explains the cause of the issue and how to prevent it. In my particular case, he was able to explain how my house was wired.
