Best Light Installation in Charlotte NC

I am so impressed with Mr. Sparky. We paid 250 dollars (Plus 60 for a ladder) for another contractor (Craftsman Republic). Our large ceiling fan really required 2 installers. Craftsman Republic sent one installer and he struggled with the fan. He started cussing out the fan as if it was a person out of frustration. Upon installation, the ceiling fan had a terrible wobble. He had a lame excuse that wobble was normal - even at low speeds. Shocking!! Craftsman Republic sent the original installer for re-install and repair. But, he showed up with a ladder that shorter than the original one. He was hopeless and could barely reach the bottom of the fan. The installer (Visit #2) failed to address the terrible wobble. He abruptly left the house while I was on the phone with the manufacturer. I called Craftsman Republic and left several emails but did not receive one response. The bottom line is that Mr. Sparky by Wise Electric Control came to the rescue. I had lost faith in anyone showing up and doing a fine job. Will and his helper were simply outstanding. I am so impressed that I immediately ask for estimates of another ceiling fan, recess cans and additional lights throughout the house. As a business, I take customer service and showing what right looks like. Mr. Sparky's aptitude, professionalism and customer care shows what right looks like. Craftsman Republic showed what wrong looks like. Although I will never get my money back from Craftsman Republic, I know have a true electrician who gets the job done. Have a great day and I look forward to Will (& Mr Sparky) coming back to our home. BTW, Craftsman Republic is the local installer for anyone purchasing fans through 1-800 Lighting. It is not 1-800 Lighting fault. I put the blame of losing 310 dollars squarely on the door step of Craftsman Republic. I want to say thank God for Mr. Sparky. I am enjoying my fan. I even took a picture of Will and his helper taking care of us. They certainly welcome to Mi Casa.

Casey went above and beyond for our kitchen remodel. It was not an easy job and he knocked it out of the park. This is now the second time we've used On Time Electrical and will continue to highly recommend On Time Electrical and plan to reuse them for all future electrical needs.

Mack made time to come out and diagnose and repair the issue within 12 hours of contacting him; he used time between jobs to drive 40 minutes to help us. The first way to describe him is knowledgeable - this was vital to our issue because what we thought was a simple breaker replacement turned out to be more. He found the problem through an experienced process of diagnostic elimination. Voila. . .there's the source of the problem and it wasn't the breaker and we would never have found it.

We are more than grateful for his expertise and his ability to help us so quickly - the lights are back on! He will be coming back to do more projects for us because he is now our go-to electrician.

Ron and his team have performed a ton of projects for me. They are always professionals and help me make the best decisions (not to mention keep me from electrocuting myself!). I've been looking for a great electrician for years and these guys are hands down the best!

After buying a fixer upper my fiancé and I had a somewhat complicated electrical challenge, needing to have our outdated box moved and replaced to get it up to code and in a new spot for further construction. Luis and his team were amazing. He came out right away to give us the most accurate estimate possible, his team worked a long and hard day to get all of the work done and Luis came out afterwards to make sure it was done beyond our expectations. They even replaced our older smoke detectors to update them fully for us. We won’t hesitate to use them for future jobs and highly recommend them!

Dom and his team did an amazing job! My garage was a mess with 40+ year old electrical. Dom was very transparent and honest about his pricing. He and his team showed up on time and worked late into the night to get everything done on schedule. I really appreciate the extra time they took to label every wire and neatly zip tie all the runs to give it a clean, organized look. I will recommend these guys to all of my friends and family should they need electrical or AV done.

Jacob was absolutely the best! He was fast and professional and very courteous. He was very knowledgeable and understood how to fix my breaker issue. He also took the time to explain and make a quote on installation for recess lightning in my home. I will DEFINITELY call Gianni electrical service for any electrical issues for my home and will refer them to my family and friends.

Providence Electric helped us when we had an electrical emergency due to a crack in our meter box. They came out diagnosed the problem and gave us an action plan and price. They even fit us into their already booked schedule so that we could have power again. Thank you so much Providence Electric!!

So I’ve got to call myself out for this one, I had a back patio light in the ceiling fan that was less bright than the other ceiling fan. Unbeknownst to me I was unaware there was a control on the remote that dimmed and brightened the light. Not only was he on time, not only did he come out with a smile on his face but instantly show me what the problem was and when I offered to pay he wouldn’t accept. I know he was only here five minutes but that’s highly unusual. I can promise you when I do have a real electrical job to be done at my home I’m going to contact Sky Electric and Ronnie Mullis.

I had previously been told by 2 electricians that the work that I needed done was impossible to do. Todd heard my problem and immediately assured me that he could do it. He arrived on time and fixed my electrical issue without hesitation. I was able to place all of my electronics and appliances exactly where I wanted them. If you're looking for an electrician, stop looking and book Lux!!
