Hired to replace a bathroom vent, light switch, and outlet. I had purchased all parts to be installed. The job was mostly labor. The electrician preferred to step on my toilet instead of using the ladder I offered two times. I should have insisted he use the ladder. The electrician was at my house for approximately three hours. The charges were a staggering $429. In my opinion way overpriced. I even had to clean up all the debris that had fallen from the ceiling. I called the company to speak a supervisor about the my frustration with the way the job was left and the unreasonable charges, just to be given the run around. One and only time I will use On Time Electrical.

Bobby saved me. I purchased an EV and went through a series of electricians (no knock on them because they had the electrical part right) and a horrendous car branded charger (which came with no instructions and required a Ph.D in electrical engineering to figure out) before Bobby stepped in, swapped out the charger, and got me on my way in under an hour. He was personable and professional and I would recommend him for any electrical work.

The tech was great and really worked with us to find the issue and fix it.

Fast, Professional, Reasonable (price) - I placed a call for a quote, and was on the books to have my situation looked at within 48 hours. The gentleman (I believe his name was Ron) showed up a few minutes early (I'm not complaining!). He immediately came in and assessed the situation. He would've completed the work in less than 30 minutes, but there was a piece from my chandalier that had broken off and we couldn't locate (totally my fault). Ron left and went to Lowe's to purchase a replacement piece. He didn't even charge me for it! He completed the entire repair in a little over an hour, but considering that he had to leave my home to go shopping for parts, I was very happy with the time it took. I highly recommend No Shorts Electric, and I will be using them again for any future electrical needs. I couldn't be happier.

Luis and his team, which included a young, ambitious and extremely polite guy by the name of Will did an AMAZING job for a very reasonable price. Honesty Electric installed the following in my house: 54 recessed lights, 3 vanity lights, 4 ceiling fans, 6 dimmers, 1 flood light, repaired and installed a new electrical receptacles, cabinet hockey pucks, pendants lights, chandeliers and mounted several tv’s. They do it all! Luis is a perfectionist and he demands that from his entire team and it shows in their work. The Honesty Electric team was was very professional and they kept me in the loop EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc. in my time due to real estate flips and I must say this is the best experience I’ve ever had with ANY outside professionals. I highly recommend using these guys! I called in need of a ceiling fan installation. First off, Lisa who took the call was incredibly kind and very helpful. She was able to schedule me exactly when I needed them. Mike originally came out and worked hard for a couple hours on what turned out to be a defective fan. No charge at all and was very professional and kind about the situation. Rescheduled after I bought a better fan, this time Ed came out on a Friday afternoon (with minimal notice in order to cover for a coworker that got a flat tire) and knocked it out very quickly. He did such a great job and even offered to vacuum. I will definitely use them in the future and greatly appreciate professionals I can trust.

Awesome experience and will use them for all future projects. Technicians arrived on time. They discussed project with me and then proceeded to cover my hard wood floors to protect from damage. They installed two ceiling fans (one about 25 feet) and several light fixtures, including a fixture that was located about 25feet up. Because they had to use a very tall ladder they took care to move furniture, protect the floors and were careful not to damage the walls. Both young men (Cody and Robert) were very professional and polite. When they completed their work they cleaned up. The pricing for the work was very reasonable and I feel comfident that I will not experience any electrical or other issues.
