I called On Time to get a new outlet installed in a master closet. I was prepared to make an appointment but On Time was able to come out that day. My electrician Perry Beason was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and very friendly! He quoted me a better than expected price and was in and out in no time. Couldn't have had a better experience!

i had a minor job to get done and yet needed a professional electrician to do it,so i called Honesty,they were prompt in returning my call,making a appointment and showing up in a timely manner,they got the job done the same day(a plug installed in my bathroom),fairly priced,i liked very much that they took the time to explain how and what they were doing/ installing(a plug according to code for bathrooms) they left no mess and no fuss,both electricians seemed knowledgeable and were very friendly polite,i would call on them again.

Had a high light fixture installed. Donald and Kyheem did an excellent job! They were professional, careful, and efficient. Would recommend this service for any fixture installations.

Communication was great, Edwin was right on time within the 2 hour window we were given. We had a long list of things we needed an estimate on. Edwin was patient, took notes, had great suggestions and ideas for cost savings. He was able to give an immediate estimate on a couple of the needs, and fixed them on the spot. He set a realistic time expectation for the estimate on the rest of the work, and followed through on that. We'll be moving forward on the rest of the projects, and will definitely use again in the future.

I spoke with Brianna (front office) several times related to an issue with my hot water heater. She was so friendly and helpful! It is so refreshing to speak with someone who possess a genuinely kind spirit!I can’t say enough about the technician Brandon who installed our new hot water heater. He worked diligently for 5 hours (in the cold pouring rain - because our tank is located in the garage). Brandon was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job! If you are experiencing a plumbing or electrical issue within your home you should DEFINITELY call this company.....and ask for Brandon because he is AWESOME and his customer service skills are top of the line!!!

Bates, while a good value on cost could have burned my home down by NOT following Tesla's very basic specs.

I have contacted their service line about 7x and they have 0 interest in doing the right thing by refunding my money as I had to hire another electric company to fix their work. The electrician showed up and had no interest in running the wiring to the placement we originally wanted. We compromised and had him install the NEMA 14-50 outlet directly beside the panel in the garage- Super simple and about a 45 min job. However, He was unprepared and did not have the Proper high quality industrial grade NEMA outlet on hand that Tesla specs. He then left our home and purchased a very low quality $10 outlet at the Home Depot.

This is the result. A never event and this all could have been avoided with the proper materials used. You can not advertise that you are a recommended Tesla installer if you're not going to follow their specifications. I have been more than patient and courteous. Nice guys always get the shaft and this is a prime example.

I was looking for a competent and trustworthy electrician and Tim came highly recommend. I had him do work that another electric company couldn't figure out how to solve the issue and to make matters worse, was the ridiculous price I was being charged by them. Tim took the time to figure out why the problem was occurring and he fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time without ripping me off! He even explained to me what the issue was and what he did that the other company didn't do. What a blessing. I would highly recommend, Tim, for your electrical need. I'm so glad I did.

A great service provided by Wayne L. I called early afternoon about my thermostat reading “error”, and a pan full of water. Wayne arrived soon after and worked diligently to fix the problem. He was kind and respectful as he entered my home and asked me about my situation. He was efficient while also, explained what happened to my unit. My house was cooling off in no time.
