Too expensive for what I had repaired just a neutral wire. But he did a good job.

Did the work and left no mess. Very pleasant man.

Called and asked for them to.come out to replace a panel box. They asked for pictures cause they said they don't come out. So I sent photos. Asked them to email me the estimate. That was last week. Still haven't received it. I will not be using this company. Will be calling someone else. I will not recommend them. If you can't send a estimate why would I trust you to do your job right.

The technician ( Mike) was on time, very professional and did an excellent job of installation and repair. CEP would be the first on my list to call again.

I got several quotes before going with Viva. One place would do service the same day, but at an outrageous price, twice what Viva quoted. Two others dragged their feet or disappeared. Viva was the “Goldilocks” business - just right.Luis gave us quotes for three options and answered all our questions clearly. On our appointment day, Luis and Thomas arrived exactly on time and got the work done better and faster than expected. They were friendly and professional. We’re pleased with the quality of the work. We’d definitely use Viva Electric again.

Matt was terrific. On time, very professional, but also really nice and personable. My cat ? adored him. That, plus excellent work and great service, I will use Roby and ask for Matt specifically, the next time we need help. I have thought very highly of Roby for years and this was another example of their professionalism with a friendly safe feeling (I hate to say I have felt uncomfortable with some individuals in my home, but never Roby. Plus if the cat approves, I know he is a good guy.) In all seriousness, highly recommended.

He was very patient and took his time to figure out what the issue was with my outlets/electrical issues, he did everything in his power to make sure my issue was fixed and that I was satisfied . Bobby was really responsive and helpful after I had a lightning strike near my house. He tested several areas of my house to try and help me figure out the extent of the damage. Gave me solid advice and I will call him again in the future when I need an electrician. I recommend him without hesitation.

I have used Heredia before and every single time, Edwin and the other Heredia team members were on time, professional, clean and thorough. They also help me … who knows nothing about electricity … understand what’s being done, why, and for how much. I highly recommend Heredia!

Gianni Electric responded same day to my request for outlets not working. Jose was prompt and wore a mask the entire time. He diagnosed and fixed the issue problem in about an hour. Price and customer service was great.

Ed and his apprentice ran a new service panel and disconnect to crawl space water heater. Also relocated a service switch for easier access. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.

I was just going to move on but since they have emailed me 3-4 times in the past month for an appointment on Jan 15 2018.. I guess I should share my brief experience. The positive is the technician showed up quickly.. They have a policy that they will charge you $200 the moment they commence looking at your project. And they even go as far to disclaim that there is a chance they will not be able to perform the task you need and that you will still have to pay the $200. This routine seems pretty rehearsed and probably has been required by some attorney.

My technician looked at the front door light fixture and sure enough said it needed to be replaced and there was nothing he could do.. but that he would be happy to come back out to charge me another $200 to install the fixture once I have purchased it.

The lesson here is if you have any light fixture that you think is faulty.. the best plan is to go to Lowe’s/Home Depot/etc. and purchase a replacement.. they usually come with the installation. If it turns out the project doesn’t require the new fixture, you just return it. But at least you will have a reliable electrician that comes with the Lowe’s/ Home Depot stamp of approval who will assess your needs and not Overcharge you for what amounts to a 2 minute decision that they couldn’t help you.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but perhaps this will teach the Father and Son to use more discretion which previous clients to hound for public feedback.

The guy was extremely rude.

I worked Watson a few years ago as a helper, the job wasn’t bad at first. Work was good, but once the months continue treatment did too. As projects got hard so did pressure. Hours were also good at first then thing declined. I been in the Electrical field prior to Watson and made a lot more money with other company’s but once my main Forman quit, Forman by the name of Parker stepped in and let his ego take over. The issue was brought to Matt’s attention but nothing happened. With threats of no lunch, being left for the shuttle while being on time and trying to take away hours/pay for personal reasons that had nothing to do with the employees working(wasn’t just me) with that being said I removed myself from the job and found a great job that treats me like a great employee that I am. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst opportunity at all but no employee deserves to be mistreated on any job. Had to share my experience.

Our experience with Brice Cox , the electrician, was very good .he was very efficient and did a good job. The only complaint we have is that it took the third appointment for the technician to finally arrive . Scheduling is not the best.
