I called to get a quote to install a new amp line for a treadmill. I was informed that the technician would provide me with quote and then was able to do the work at that time if the quote was accepted. The quote was higher than I was willing to pay, and so we decided to not proceed with this project. However, a fee of $27 was charged for the quote. We weren't expecting to pay for the quote as that was never explained to us up front. Did not appreciate being charged a fee without being informed beforehand. We likely would not have moved forward with scheduling an appointment since companies are now oftentimes willing to provide a quote for free. The charge for a quote should have been disclosed up front.

Luis and his team are very professional. From the moment they entered my home and each introduced themselves, wearing the slip on booties to protect my flooring until the end when they were cleaning up. They even go that extra mile, doing things that is not required of them. They moved a fixture to the center of the room and I only asked that they put the drywall that was removed from he new location into the old location. Brian not only did that but he covered it with plaster and all I needed to do was sand it down, speckled and paint, looks great! They came back a week later and installed The Frame TV. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

Roby customer service and technician was prompt and curious. In my opinion they were a bit overpriced. I received one outlet change and a appliance cord change which took all of 5min.and was quoted close to 500$. I canceled part of the order. Little high I believe.

Dom and team were excellent and kept us informed the entire time with our home theater set up. Presented options that we had not thought of which was great. We could not be happier with the final setup and look forward to continuing our business with him in the future. Really great all around.

I had these guys to run some Cat 8 cable to the office upstairs and add some recessed lighting. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to make some tricky wire runs without cutting a single hole in the ceiling or walls! And, as an added bonus, they left the place as clean as they found it. I will definitely call them back for any future work.

Sky Electric was outstanding. The Electrician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgable. I have called them several times for different electrical problems and all of them have been resolved. I had previously been told by 2 electricians that the work that I needed done was impossible to do. Todd heard my problem and immediately assured me that he could do it. He arrived on time and fixed my electrical issue without hesitation. I was able to place all of my electronics and appliances exactly where I wanted them. If you're looking for an electrician, stop looking and book Lux!!

Had a safety inspection completed over 3 weeks ago. Arranged with the appointment scheduler to meet our realtor on site to let them electrician in, gave the scheduler realtors phone number and was given a window for their arrival. The electrician was almost 2 hours late and didn’t have realtors contact information that was given to scheduler to communicate with. After the inspection, I Was told we’d have report within 3 business days. I called a total of 11 times over the course of these 3 weeks trying to get this report. During those calls, I was directed to different people to help each time, gave my phone number and email multiple times for follow up and wasted so much time on hold only to have to continue to call a few days later as I was never followed up with. I understand everyone is busy right now…but to get this runaround for over 3 weeks to only receive a report with 4 items on it is an unacceptable timeline and unacceptable customer service. We didn’t receive the report back in time before our due diligence period ended for our house purchase. We will certainly NOT be using Bates to make these repairs and would certainly NOT recommend them to anyone.
