Great service and great technicians! We had Carolina Electric Pro’s install outdoor lighting and our home security system, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the services they provided. The technicians were on time, very polite, explained everything thoroughly, and checked and double checked every piece of equipment. We had Patterson contracting Services to our home to help us move our home audio onto current technology. Our older setup was no longer working and we weren’t sure why. Patterson spent time listening to what we wanted and checking/testing our equipment to diagnose where there were problems. This allowed him to recommend what equipment we really needed and what we could continue to use. He followed up and scheduled a return as soon as the new equipment was delivered. After a full install he spent all the time we needed going over setup and use… never getting frustrated even after he got the same question multiple times! We are so excited to watch our first movie with our new setup tonight. We give Patterson two thumbs up! I wish all service companies were so efficient, productive and helpful.

Tom saved me when my JCPenney installers couldn't remove the oven hood that was wired into the wall so I needed someone to come uninstall the hood and install my microwave that day (I had come from out of town!). He came by within two hours of my call and did both. So reliable and knowledgeable, and the friendliest person ever. Wonderful!!!

Just wanted to say that I have a regular electrician that I absolutely love but was unable to make it and I couldn't wait 7 weeks to rewire the switch outlets I needed to install some smart switches. Ronnie showed up and realized that the issue I was having wasn't as clear cut as we thought and definitely needed some electrical expertise. After rewiring and installing these smart switches, I was able to program them and secure them on my home network and they are functioning as intended. We are having him back in 3 weeks to finish the rest of the house once the remaining switches arrive. Ronnie is now my second favorite electrician and will be using him and highly recommending him to everyone in the Charlotte area who needs a dependable, reasonable and properly priced electrician.

Pete Herres from Bates Electric did a great job. He called to explain type of dimmers to be installed and was early for the appointment. Prior to conducting work, he gave suggestions where to place dimmers and in less than an hour, all 4 dimmers were installed. He also didn’t mind my dog assisting him!
